Endangered Missing -Garrett was last seen on August 20, 2004 in the Cuberant Lake area in the high Uinta Mountains of Utah. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweat shirt, red sweat pants, t shirt, and Converse shoes size 7 to 8. He has straight shoulder length hair and a gap between his front teeth. Clothing: Red Nike sweatpants (silky fabric) with
black/white stripe on the legs. The pants reverse to black mesh
with red/white stripe on legs. Hooded, pull-over 'Quick Silver'
sweatshirt, black, size medium. White T-shirt (might have had writing on it),
size medium. White Converse shoes with black or navy star on the sides, size 6.
Nike ankle-style socks.

Details of Disappearance
Garrett was last seen at approximately 8 a.m. on August 20, 2004 at Cuberant Lake in the Uinta Mountains of Utah. He was fishing with his father when his feet got wet so he started to walk back to the campsite to change his shoes. He never arrived at the campsite. Garrett had successfully passed his outdoor training courses offered by the Utah National Park Council, and this trip was sponsored by his church as a part of the wilderness training program for his Boy Scout Troop.

The day Garrett disappeared, the temperature was near freezing and it had rained and hailed during the night. His family believes he may have been abducted. No trace of Garrett has been found.
