Police ask for help finding missing woman

Fayetteville police are searching for a missing woman and have asked for the public’s help.

Judith Wilson, 52, was last seen at noon Tuesday in her home on the 1700 block of Spruce Street. Wilson’s daughter, Jenifer Monge, returned home at 3 p.m. Tuesday to discover her mother missing.

So far, the family hasn’t been able to find Wilson. There are no signs of a break-in or any disturbance in the home, police say.

Wilson is epileptic and suffers from depression, investigators said.

She is described as white with hair that’s dyed red. She’s approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and has green eyes and tan skin. She has a mole on her left cheek.

Missing Person
Fayetteville Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing woman.


52-year old Judith Wilson was last seen in her home on 1702 Spruce Street in Fayetteville at approximately 12:00pm on Tuesday, July 15th. Police responded to a call from Wilson’s daughter, Jennifer Monge at approximately 3:00pm stating that when she had left the home at noon, her mother was sleeping. She returned home and could not find her mother. Attempts to locate her were unsuccessful; there were no signs of a break-in or any disruption in the home. She is stated to be epileptic and suffers from depression.


Ms. Wilson is described as a white female with red-dyed hair, approximately 5’4”, green eyes and tan skin tone. She is of medium build. She has a mole on her left cheek. A current picture is attached to this press release.
