Police: Woman Suffers From Mental Illness

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police sought help from the public Friday finding a missing woman.
Officers were looking for Alice M. Tucker, also known as Alice M. Miller, a 45-year-old woman who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 114 pounds, according to police.
She has orange hair and brown eyes and was last seen -- on July 1 leaving 5550 Noland Road -- wearing a red shirt and a green skirt.
Tucker suffers from depression, paranoia and is bipolar, and she may appear unkept and could become violent, according to police.
