Her eyes are constantly scanning and looking.

“I just want to find my sister,” says Edith Maynard.

Maynard drives up and down the aisles of the Pikeville Walmart parking lot, keeping her eyes open. She wants to know if anyone, anywhere has seen her sister.

“Just driving around, just walking into stores saying, taking a picture and saying, 'Hey, this is my sister. She's missing. This is her son and we're hoping to find her',” says Maynard.

34 year old Anne Horn and her 8 year old son, William Curtis Maynard of Martin County have been missing since Tuesday and Edith is more than concerned because she says her sister normally calls her on a daily basis. Now with the help of her cousin she's been driving, non-stop, searching.

“Well, we've been up since about 3 o'clock this morning looking for her and we've only got about 1 hour of sleep,” says Ashley Bowen, a family cousin. “I'm hoping to find her and I’m not going to give up. And I’ll keep praying. I'll keep on searching till I find her.”

She says her search has taken her from Inez all the way to Williamson, and she's willing to drive through many more parking lots until she finds her sister.

And she says her message to her sister is a simple one:

“Anne, I love you, and I want to see you come back home. Curtis, we miss you. Just let us know you are safe, and that's all we ask,” says Maynard.

But for now it's off to more places, still scanning and looking.

Anne and her son were last seen Tuesday, July 15th at her residence in Martin County. Horn drives a grey, 1993 Subaru Legacy that has a temporary registration plate. If you have any information you are asked to contact the Kentucky State Police.
