ELDORADO, Texas — Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott arrived in this west Texas outpost Tuesday as a grand jury met for a second time to consider possible criminal charges against members of a polygamist sect raided in April.

Here we go (again).

I sure hope there's enough DNA and paper evidence without FLDS testimony to start handing down indictments. I don't think any of the FLDS members called to testify are about to say anything incriminating. I'm hoping Texas authorities are well aware of that, are prepared to make a case against them anyway, and are simply going through the motions of calling witnesses.

Ditto! I hope you are right.
We'll see if Willie has any comments or a statement to make this afternoon.

I have read nothing about Willie having any thing to say. But the governor did after the session. There are 6 men indicted including Jeffs. One man has three charges of not reporting abuse, the otehr are charged with child sex abuse of child. I cannot find the link right now so I will just say jmoo
