Birmingham police are looking for two siblings in an alleged kidnapping. Police say one-year-old Angeles Cisneros Maqueda and her four-year old brother Oscar Cisneros Maqueda were last seen on Thursday at a McDonalds on Montclair Road after a supervised visit with their parents.

A DHR worker was supervising the visit and said the parents took the children and left without permission.

The parents are Dulce Maqueda-Nieves, age 22 and Oscar Cisneros, age 24. They were driving a black 2-door 1998-2000 Chevrolet Camaro.

If there is anyone who has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Angeles Cisneros-Maqueda and Oscar Cisneros-Maqueda, they are encouraged to contact the B.P.D. @ 254-1764 or Crime Stoppers @ 254-7777.

So much for supervised visits. Wonder how this happened and why the parents lost custody.

I don't know, packy. I heard it on the news, so looked it up, but no details so far. Sounds like someone wasn't supervising too well.

The Birmingham Police Department would like your help in locating Angeles Cisneros-Maqueda, age 1, and her brother, Oscar Cisneros-Maqueda, age 4.
Both Angeles and Oscar were in the custody of DHR.
There is no clothing description for Angeles or Oscar at this time.
Angeles and Oscar were last seen on July 24, 2008, at approximately 1:35 p.m. at McDonalds, located at 1569 Montclair Road. A DHR worker was allowing a supervised visit for Angeles and Oscars with their parents. When the visit was over, the parents took the children and left without permission.
