I also agree and with that the fact that LE will not release anything that they DON"T want out there. That was stated in court today. LE has the right to not let it out there if they have probable cause.

Great point. One of the many inconsistencies in the kidnap story. Cindy suggests the babysitter stole Caylee out of love, but the attorney insinuates that the kidnapper is a bad, evil person who will kill Caylee if his/her name is mentioned.

We've heard that too from Nancy Grace, but Pauli thinks they corrected that statement and say it's a mix-up with the Nancy Cooper case. Nancy Grace made the same comment again tonight. I emailed her to ask for clarification, but who knows if they'll say :shrug1:

It lists him as a martial and family lawyer...but also appeals and trials...If this is the right lawyer...he could be there for the appeals on the bond hearing, because he's not a criminal lawyer...Just a guess
