Exactly, and Molly that is a role Geraldo and the other commentators fill all to well. How many times have many of us have been frustrated at the drought of coverage in the cases that we have become interested in? I'll take the good, the bad, and the ugly, as long as it stays in the forefront. Look how many cases of missing have fallen off the radar due to national coverage? Whether they report facutal info information or not, the publicity alone, helps keep the public interest.

Yup, a theory that has been posted many times over on many boards. Its possible that Casey kept the door open as to Caylee's paternal background. Casey seems to me, at least IMO, to get attached to anyone that would pay attention to her, I don't think Caylee was a result of a one night stand, but a relationship that Casey put a lot of herself into.

I still go back to the decomp odor ion the car and the detectives testimony as well as the dogs. If those come back negative I may go with another theory but until that time comes, I have to stick with the facts.

I respect the wishes of those parents who don't wish their children to have any contact with their grandparents. In some cases it is good. But for others like me, who only wants to see her grandchild but is constantly impeded by the other grandparent who has custody--it is not fair. And laws are to protect all grandparents. We cannot pick and chose who will benefit from grandparents rights or not. My situation is unique. The mother of my grandchild is mentally incapacited and her mother (the other grandmother) is a Jehova Witness and for some reason does not particularly want me to see my grandchild on a regular basis. There have been issues relating to the safety of the child because of the parent's emotional state and she has been violent and is under a doctor's care. I had the occasion of speaking with Child Welfare Bureau agency staff and so has my son who currently resides in Florida. I want to be a part of this child's life. She does know me and tells me she loves me. This relationship should not be taken away. My religion is different and I do not hold it against them. I feel I should be in her life so I can keep track of her and see for myself that she is being provided for in a loving, healthy manner. My grandchild needs to know she is also loved by the family of her father even though he cannot physically live in the area.

I can't get past that either. And even if Casey wanted to spite her mother, why make herself look like a murderer by not calling LE to report Caylee missing? I know she's only 22 y/o, but still, if she's clever enough to be so deceptive, she'd also know she'd be a suspect. So, to me, that means she did something to Caylee and it wasn't handing her off to the paternal grandmother.

I stayed up and watched the 1 AM Geraldo show because the listing was wrong for the 10 or 11 PM show. :thud2: I'm tired but really glad I did.

What I found interesting:
1. Craig Rivera says he doesn't think Casey's parents have seen the pics taken at Fusion (the "slutty" pics as Geraldo called them :cool: )
2. Police are now referring to blood stains as simply stains, consensus of panel was that it's because they don't want to have to give info to Casey's atty.
3. Jeanine Pirro (I love her) says that if George and Cindy have the info they claim to have and won't give it up, they should be held as material witnesses
4. She also said they could be held as accomplices to murder because it appears to her that they know the baby is dead and are helping cover up for Casey. :frown:
5. Geraldo briefly touched on a question about whether it is true that Caylee may have initially been taken because of a large amount of money that Casey owed. It was the end of the segment, so no answers. :shrug1: Maybe tomorrow night. I doubt that it's true but I'd like to know what he's talking about.

#1: ALL the evidence is in the trunk of that car.

#2: My thoughts are (.. and others on here have mentioned this before) that Casey left that car there.. in plain sight on a busy street corner.. with her purse in the front seat PRAYING that someone would steal the car. After the car had been stolen she would THEN report Caylee kidnapped/missing. So that when the car had finally been located... the decomposition in the trunk would of course be blamed on whoever stole the car. The story that she fed Tony about running out of gas/or car problems.. was just a lead in for having left the car there. When NO ONE stole it... she musta freaked!


#3: ... its ONLY when the Anthonys pick up the car from the tow yard that this whole mess begins. After smelling that car.. Cindy begins her search for Casey and Caylee.. right? She finally locates Casey from a note left in the car with Tony's address..

#4: On one of 911 calls we hear Casey asking Cindy for 'one more day'. Remember now.. THIS is the day ( the day the 911 call was made) that the car had been picked up at the tow yard... and smelled so HORRIBLY. Unbeknowst to Cindy.. Casey was DESPARATE to come up with another story because damn if NO ONE stole the car.. and the car with Caylee's decomp was sitting in her very driveway!!

#5: Somewhere on this forum is a video of Cindy stating that she seriously felt that someone else left the car at the check cashing place. Because Caseys purse was in the front seat.. and casey would 'NEVER have done that'.

Hiya Faith! Cindy has seemed tired the last couple of days. She said the FBI made a lot of statements and didn't ask many questions. Six hours of info from the FBI might be enough to get through that denial. She's been scarce since those meetings.. didn't she stay behind while George went to the house to help gather more evidence? Either that, or she's been told to hush her mouth!

If she's starting to question Casey's actions and believe she did something to Caylee.. George and the lawyers might not allow her to speak or visit either. The public will get an earful if Cindy stop standing behind Casey and decides to dig for answers. I mean, in the first tape she did say to casey "honey if you hadn't lied about all that stuff.."

The above response from Lee is an excellent point. What he's saying here is if Casey switched her sim card from phone to phone... (she has stated that) but if she had her black jack with her.. and 'lost it' WHY THEN would she STILL have her sim card??? That would mean she was carrying BOTH of her phones... right? And her sim card would have to have been in her OTHER phone at the time she 'lost' her blackjack. WHY WAS SHE CARRYING 2 PHONES???

My thoughts/thinking 'out loud' here:

#1: ALL the evidence is in the trunk of that car.

#2: My thoughts are (.. and others on here have mentioned this before) that Casey left that car there.. in plain sight on a busy street corner.. with her purse in the front seat PRAYING that someone would steal the car. After the car had been stolen she would THEN report Caylee kidnapped/missing. So that when the car had finally been located... the decomposition in the trunk would of course be blamed on whoever stole the car. The story that she fed Tony about running out of gas/or car problems.. was just a lead in for having left the car there. When NO ONE stole it... she musta freaked!


#3: ... its ONLY when the Anthonys pick up the car from the tow yard that this whole mess begins. After smelling that car.. Cindy begins her search for Casey and Caylee.. right? She finally locates Casey from a note left in the car with Tony's address..

#4: On one of 911 calls we hear Casey asking Cindy for 'one more day'. Remember now.. THIS is the day ( the day the 911 call was made) that the car had been picked up at the tow yard... and smelled so HORRIBLY. Unbeknowst to Cindy.. Casey was DESPARATE to come up with another story because damn if NO ONE stole the car.. and the car with Caylee's decomp was sitting in her very driveway!!

#5: Somewhere on this forum is a video of Cindy stating that she seriously felt that someone else left the car at the check cashing place. Because Caseys purse was in the front seat.. and casey would 'NEVER have done that'.



... Caseys 'plan' all along was to hope that someone steal that car and the car thief was also the person who had kidnapped and killed Caylee!!

Yes, I think the photos of Casey in the blue dress with Tony is dated 6/21/08...and YES, media is lumping them all together as taken during June of this year...and we know that's not true...

Mostly what I said was be careful of the upload date. Lots of those taken dates say unknown. The photo that George spoke of I recall seeing and thinking that Casey looked pregnant. So George confirmed it, imho.

I truly trust the cadaver dogs when they smelled a decomposition odor coming from that trunk.I'm not sayin that because it wasn't baking soda, that because it was detergent that it is not connected. From what the DJ told the reporter and from what we have seen in the pics, we know that Casey was at the Fusian lounge on 6/6, 6/13/, and 6/21(all friday nights in June) I think that we can state that as fact. We do not know if Casey went there on the 27th. If we are looking for a break in the pattern then we have one on the 27th possibly.

Technically LE didn't show up until early morning hrs of the 16th...and I'm not sure if it was later in the day when they came back, that George gave them the bag of garbage...and told them that Casey wasn't always truthful...

Shouldn't her cellphone and I.D's, DL, etc. have been in that purse?I think her other cell is in the hands of LE and she doesn't have a DL, just a learners permit.
