Carmen Vaughn was last heard from on May 22, 2008 in Gary, Indiana. She hasn't accessed her email, myspace page or anything since around the same time. Her phone, a pay as you go, hasn't been working for about the same time. Carmen is 29, black, 5'4", 190lbs, brown, hair, medium brown complexion.
