Thing is, g, at this point, it takes almost no calories to stay at that weight. She doesn't move at all. No way to burn calories, other than breathing.

I've seen too many shows about the extremely obese. They do eat a lot plus they don't burn any calories. They have to reduce their food intake, go on a strict diet and start exercising a little at a time to start losing the weight.

It's takes a lot to fill them up. Unless they seek a doctor's care and go on a diet and exercise program, like raising their feet or arms up a few times, they will just consume more food and gain more weight.

seriously though in CASA training, we have to have 40 hours of classroom and 20 hours of courtroom observation on trials that aren't ours just to become a CASA besides other things............and then so many hours of training per year to maintain status
