I'm sorry boys and girls but I've heard about all of her testimony I can stand. I can read the charges, recall what she said before and not miss anything that's going to go on tonight.

Count 13 is going to be a "he said/she said". Judge Bell testified that he never yelled at her and never said "We're going to get rid of you right away." She'll testify he did. (Count 13a)

Judge Bell testified that Judge Rithie never "kept throwing his hands in the air" she'll say he did (Count 13b)

Judge Bell testified that Judge Loehrer was not screaming during the meeting on April 6, 2007, EH will testify that she did. (Count 13c).

As to Count 14, She'll testify that she had no legal requirement to communicate except through her attorney and that Judge Haradcastle "isn't the boss of me." (Count 14a)

She'll testify that she had no legal requirement to communicate with Chuck Short when he attempted to retrieve the Rolodex, that the Rolodex was court property, and possibly even claim that she wasn't even in the office, it was somebody else's voice we hear on the tape. (Count 14c)

She'll testify she had every right to call 911 when her "privacy" was violated by Chuck Short and others...she was in fear for her safety.

The prosecutor will say that the tape speaks for itself.

I worked for almost 30 years for a NASA contractor on a program where virtually everything we used was provided by the government.... from the hardware used to build the External Tank to the staples, pens, paper, etc.

I had a GFP Rolodex and I guarantee you that over the years I added a number of personal reference cards to it. By the time I left, there was probably more personal than business, but of course that was almost 30 years worth.
