I agree, and don't see what good it's going to do in finding Caylee. It seems obvious Casey has her story what happened and I don't see that changing or anybody being able to find her just because Casey's locked up on house arrest. It's been 2 mo. since Caylee was last seen and a month since Casey's arrest, and LE hasn't found anything to support Casey's version of events. If anything, especially with what Clint said the other day, it looks more and more like something bad happened to Caylee. :frown:
I'm sorry; I missed what Clint had to say. What was it all about? I just love him.

B/c they can (and do) slip the anklet and go out and
do whatever.
Calling or showing up in the middle of the night, how
soon would that get old?
The first night would do it for me & I'd put a stop to the inmate living with me.
And they are subject to being called in for random testing too, whenever LE feels like it. I agree with you, and wouldn't even want her in my house even if she was my daughter. Of course, I probably wouldn't still be in such denial and my first concern would be just not trusting her there knowing what she's probably capable of. MOO, of course.

Clint, Tony's former roommate, said he didn't see Caylee past mid-June, and Casey told them (him & Tony) that Caylee was with the grandparents or nanny all the time. Also that he never thought anything was out of the ordinary with her and never heard her talking about ZFG or any "abduction". Plus, her going to Fusian and partying. To me, this is the best 'evidence' that she did something to Caylee.

If I understand correctly, someone, not the
BH's, still have got to come up with the $50 grand.
On another note, I hope this BH thing blows up in

*Anthony Lazzaro states he last saw Caylee Anthony on or about this date while she was at the complex pool.
Anthony Lazzaro called claiming he first learned of Caylee’s disappearance by deputies coming to his house ear~ this morning and inquiring about it. He claims he met the defendant in May and had been dating her since June. He claims he last saw Caylee on or about June 2nd white atthe pool at his complex. He had not seen Caylee since. He has never met Zenaida nor knows where she lives. It was he that contacted Amy Huizenga and had he call me regarding this case. Anthony said while the defendant lived with her since June 9th, she mentioned several times that Caylee was with the “nanny” at Disney, Universal Studios, or the beach. She never gave him any indication that the child was endangered or missing. Detective Gerald White later obtained a sworn statement from Anthony regarding this.

Random testing is also done, ur correct. I was thinking
along the lines of middle of the night phone calls. sheesh!
That'd only last one night with me.
No, my kid or not, I wouldn't wait a *bailed* one living at

screaming in the back of my mind constantly. :francis:
Thing is, I don't think the A's are too swift.....They've
shown me that in the way they've reacted throughout
this entire fiasco. They've made a bad situation worse,
by what they've said or done.
All the reasons they are so lacking with support form the general public.
The A's have done it all to & by themselves.

One thing I was thinking they would react to was what Clint told Greta about Casey saying they were babysitting Caylee during June, which is opposite of what Cindy even said during the 911 calls that she hadn't seen Caylee. Doesn't she realize by now that practically everything Casey says is untrue? So why, other than being in denial, do they think ZFG exists and has Caylee? I know I would've lost all credibility with my parents long ago!

They are putting up a 'surety bond' that means the $50k does not have to be paid. The surety bond guarantees the whole $500k if Casey fails to show up for any court dates. The bondsman has a line of credit with a surety company...

This is what I know about house arrest and the ankle bracelet. The probation department is who runs the program. You get a machine that hooks up to the phone and is set for the bracelet. Random calls are put through to the home but the phone does not ring. You will see lights go off on the machine when the call comes in. The machine then detects if the bracelet is in range. If it is not in range the machine can make a horrible noise like a fax machine. It will also show the time you left and when you returned.
Anyways, the probation officer in charge checks that data at the probation office to see that all the calls detected the bracelet. If not they go and get you and put you back in jail.
The people in the home have to sign an agreement that they will not talk on the phone for any longer than a certain length of time. If when the machine is called and they get a busy signal then the machine calls back in a few minutes to try again. The probation officer in charge can show up at the home at anytime. I doubt they would come in the middle of the night, though.

Yeah, which brings me back to what I stated earlier....
inmates can and do slip the ankle
bracelets off and leave the house. (I heard
about this in a case a few years ago.)
More reason they should be called and talked to

Thanks for the information! So then, if she was staying at the Anthonys, they couldn't use the home phone for any lengthy calls, if at all, in order so that the machine could get through. That might be a small inconvenience for them!

I agree. This is what is so weird about "bail" imo. Like Spector, charged with murder, out on bail. Like Casey, who may have killed her little girl, possible out on bail, even though monitored with an ankle bracelet. I just wish they'd get the lab test results back SOON! :groan:

Leonard Padilla's nephew is putting up a $500,000.00 surety bond, so there is no 10% or $50,000 that has to be put up.
Padilla also stated, he will be with Casey 24/7, if not at the Anthony's home then at a safe house.
I said long ago, to let her out and monitor her with that anklet. She is doing nothing to solve Caylee's alleged disappearance, so let Padilla do his job and see if he can get to the bottom of this. He seems to think Caylee is still alive since nothing has pointed to Caylee's demise. He thinks Casey did hand Caylee over to someone, only if she was high on drugs/alcohol she may not have known who. Which I think is totally off the mark,BS, how does a mother not know who she left her baby with.
I also feel she may have "adopted" her out and had second thoughts. She may have felt like a financial burden, she also did not bond with Caylee as Cindy did.
Anyway, she's been jailed for 31 days, twice as long as Caylee's been missing so I do hold on to that shimmer of hope that Caylee will be found.

PADILLA: No. My nephew -- my nephew will put up a bond in the value of $500 thou. He has a line of credit and a line of guarantee with a surety company out of Houston, Texas. And he`ll post a bond through a local bondsman.
GRACE: How much does he have to put up?
PADILLA: $500,000 in value. In other words, if she was to fail to appear he would then have 90 days in which to bring her back into court or he would lose $500 thou to Orange County.
GRACE: So you don`t have to put just 10 percent?
PADILLA: No, no, he`s got to put up a bond worth 500 grand.

Even if she did (Hypothecially) leave Caylee with someone
whom she can't recall nor where they live...don't ya think
the "sitter" would have come forward on the first day and
told LE;
"Someone left their kid with me and never came
back to get her?" So LP's theory is worse
than Caseys'.
I don't see where Caylee was a financial problem for
Casey.....CINDY had been supporting both of them
since day one. Casey has been totally dependant on
her parents since the day she was born....Caylee is born
and Cindy's been paying for everything for her, too.
Casey hasn't spent a cent on Caylee's support. Casey
has never had 2 nickles of her own to rub together.
I am sticking with an accident.....I see the pool as the
death trap.
It does happen to the best of parents as well as the worst of parents.
Also, I think Casey was lectured by Cindy to be especially
careful beginning this Summer b/c Caylee was old enough
this year to climb the pool ladder. Last Summer she was
barely 1 yr. old and the ladder would have been a difficult
climb.
I say, Casey let her guard down for a minute or two,
Caylee got into the pool and drowned. Casey took
matters into her own hands from there.
That's my theory & I'm stickin' to it.

That's just it ~ nobody's said anything to contradict what Clint said, so was Caylee really with her grandparents every night before the 16th? That must have gone over very well with them, having to babysit while Casey was with her boyfriend all night. And if anybody saw Caylee after the 16th nobody's come forward with that either. :shrug1:

Caylee Anthony's mother set to bond out of jail?
Sarah Lundy and Bianca Prieto | Sentinel Staff Writers
9:59 AM EDT, August 16, 2008
The mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony may be out of jail in a few days.
A California bondsman is flying to Orlando on Sunday with the sole purpose of putting up the money to secure Casey Anthony's release. That means Anthony could be freed from the Orange County Jail as early as Monday afternoon or Tuesday.
Anthony, 22, has been held on charges of child neglect and filing a false report since July 16. Investigators have characterized the single mom as a "person of interest" in Caylee's disappearance, which was reported in July -- a month after the toddler was last seen.
On Saturday morning, Anthony declined a scheduled video visitation with her brother Lee Anthony, according to Allen Moore, a spokesman for the Orange County Jail. Moore said that Casey Anthony told the on-duty corporal at the jail that she refused the visit on the advice of counsel.
Complete coverage of missing Caylee Marie Anthony Anthony's lawyer has been unsuccessful in trying to win reduction of her bail, which a judge set at $500,200.
A group from Tony Padilla Bail Bonds, based in Sacramento, Calif., is scheduled to arrive at Orlando International Airport at 4 p.m. Sunday, said Leonard Padilla, a bounty hunter and Tony Padilla's uncle. Leonard Padilla has been a perpetual candidate for public office in California. He ran in 2006 for Sacramento County supervisor and has run several times for Sacramento mayor -- most recently in June, when he was defeated in the primary. In 2005, he announced a bid for a congressional seat. And he was among the many candidates vying to replace recalled Gov. Gray Davis in 2003.
The bail-bond company is affiliated with Texas-based Financial Surety, which is licensed in Florida -- making it legal for the West Coast company to put up funds for Anthony's release.
Anthony's lead attorney, Jose Baez, and a third party contacted the company about arranging a bond, Padilla said. Baez could not be reached for comment Friday.
Padilla said he thinks Caylee is alive and that Anthony is not a flight risk.
When released, Anthony will be confined to her home and must wear an electronic monitor on her ankle that will alert authorities if she leaves an approved area or tampers with the device.
If she flees, the bondsman could lose the $500,200.
The Padilla family has been in the bail-bond business for three decades and has handled several high-profile cases. It's not unusual for the company to travel far to post bond, Leonard Padilla said.
Anthony's attorneys tried twice but failed to get the court to lower the bail so her family could afford to get her out. They were not able to come up with the 10 percent fee wanted by local bondsmen.
Leonard Padilla said he would not discuss the financial arrangements.
News of Casey Anthony's possible release came the same day that her family acquired a spokesman. Larry Garrison, who is based in Los Angeles, said he will handle media inquiries for the family. "They will not be speaking publicly anymore," he said by phone Friday.
Garrison is a film and television producer, journalist and actor. He is an author of Aruba: The Tragic Untold Story of Natalee Holloway and Corruption in Paradise, about the 2005 disappearance of an Alabama teenager.
He also represented the family of John Mark Karr, the man who falsely admitted to killing Colorado 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey.
Garrison said he has been watching the Caylee Anthony coverage and reached out to the family when he saw the "spin" happening in the media.
"I have never seen a case so blown out of proportion," he said.
Casey Anthony has told investigators she left the child with a baby sitter, who cannot be found. Media coverage inferring that Caylee might be dead kept at least two people who claim to have seen Caylee alive from alerting authorities, Garrison said.

Brevard County Florida, Clerk of the Court answers:
Q4:
What is a bail bond?
A4:
A bail bond is a document which assures to the court that a person charged with an offense and who typically is in jail, will, if released from incarceration appear for future court dates and remain in the jurisdiction of the court.
For example, if a person is charged with violating the law and is taken into custody by law enforcement, that person will be held in jail until they can see a judge. The judge will decide the amount and type of the bond based on the gravity of the charges and/or the prior record of the defendant. It is also possible that the judge may order the defendant released without requiring a bail bond.
There are very specific charges that a defendant may be able to bond out on without the necessity of seeing a judge. One example of this is an arrest as the result of a bench warrant. The amount of the bond may have been set at the time the bench warrant was signed by the judge. Another example is those charges that have a bond schedule established.
Generally speaking, 2 types of bail bonds are utilized. A surety bond is a written guarantee by a bonding company ensuring the appearance of a defendant for all future court dates. A surety bond is an independent agreement between the defendant and the bonding company. Normally the defendant is required by the bonding company to deposit with them a nonrefundable percentage of the overall bond amount. The bonding company is essentially providing the court with an insurance policy that the defendant will appear in court and is then liable for the full amount of the bond if the defendant does not appear.
If the defendant fails to appear for court, the bond can be forfeited by the judge. Once the defendant is re-arrested for the failure to appear, they will be required to go through the bonding process again, attempting to bond out on the initial charge, and the failure to appear charge. It is possible for the bonding company to produce the defendant and request the judge to waive the forfeiture. The defendant will still be required to post a bond, if any, on the failure to appear charge.
After the case has been disposed by the court the surety bond will be released and a certificate of discharge will be sent to the bonding company by the Clerk's office.
The other type of bond traditionally used is a cash bond. If a cash bond is ordered by the judge, the total amount of the bond will have to be posted with the jail before the defendant will be released. If for any reason the defendant fails to appear for court, the judge presiding over the case may forfeit the bond. The money will then be held in a special forfeiture fund pending any orders issued by the judge.
If a cash bond is posted, after the case has been disposed by the court, the cash bond will be returned to the party who posted the bond. However, the judge may order the deduction of any fine amounts from the cash bond. Once the judge releases the bond, the Clerk's office will prepare a check, minus any judicially ordered deductions and mail it to the appropriate party within 10 days of receipt of the judges order.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 903.286, any cash bond posted on or after 07/01/2005 will be applied to any upaid court fees, court costs, and criminal penalties. It does not matter who posted the bond for the defendant. If the defendant has any unpaid criminal fees, court costs, or penalties, the bond will be applied to those obligations. Any funds remaining after all of the above noted fees are paid will be refunded to the depositor.

Excellant discussion on Fox a minute ago, a former prosecutor says, its obvious LE doesn't feel releasing Casey, as the BH says would lead them to Caylee, and the prosecutor can up the bail amount anytime he wants. Let's hope he does that Monday.
ps..did you check out that Weblseuths post. Page 7 of the search warrant, George describes Caylee's backpack as a white background with monkey's on it. Volunteers found two backpacks today in their search. Posters there are waiting for an update.

Thanks so much chambord  I hadn't had a chance yet to go over to WS to look at the post. I also appreciate the information about the Fox News update. I hope the DA does something to keep Casey in jail too. Also, don't charges have to be filed by Thursday, 8/21?

That's just it ~ nobody's said anything to contradict what Clint said, so was Caylee really with her grandparents every night before the 16th? That must have gone over very well with them, having to babysit while Casey was with her boyfriend all night. And if anybody saw Caylee after the 16th nobody's come forward with that either. :shrug1:
The root of the A's problems lies at the feet of how they
did not raise Casey properly.
The parents allowed Casey to do as she wished and aided
and abedded her in whatever she wanted to do/when she
wanted to do it. C & G were Casey's pizzing post.
IMO, that's it in a nutshell.
I just heard Padilla say that Casey has agreed with the deal, having Padilla spring her and having someone with her 24/7...and so is Baez...interesting...
It's always best for the client to be out of jail. Not so surprising that Baez wants her out. Then he can put the trial off as long as he can and the media attention will maybe die down.

The flip side.
Casey getting out on bond might be a good thing. Casey contends she can't confide in LE for fear of little Caylee's life and the lives of her family. If Casey is bonded out she'll that opportunity to tell what she knows about where Caylee is and others, other than LE, may have a chance to find her. If Caylee is found, good news all around. If Caylee isn't found, and Casey has been out on bond able to confide in whoever she chooses, how will that bode in court when Casey is tried?
I'd like to see her get out for the few days prior to her arraignment and the deadline for additional and more serious charges.
But, if I were her attorney and didn't completely believe in her kidnapper story, I'd keep her behind bars and try to use the "can't talk to LE" excuse in front of the jury.

Yup, and that's why the dynamics of this household is so important to see what molded Casey into the person she is today. She wasn't born this way, her life experiences, her interaction with her family, blemished, or otherwise has significantly made her the person we see.

Yes, what I gleen from that exchange is Cindy was accustomed to coddlying Casey and trying to keep flames to embers. Witnessing George's recent outburst tells me he has a short fuse. Cindy was trying, IMO, to keep Casey from exploding all the time, and pacifying George. I don't think its been easy for Cindy to placate these two personalities. In a way, I have sympathy for the role I think she had to play.

All bail runners must be licensed, and work only for one bond agent (i.e., eliminating free lance bounty hunters), be over 18, a resident of the state, have no criminal record, and pass a certification course, Fla. Florida does not allow bounty hunters.
* Apprehension of bail fugitives is only allowed as set forth in FS 648.30(2)&(3):
* (2) No person shall represent himself or herself to be a bail enforcement agent, bounty hunter, or other similar title in [Florida].
* (3) No person, other than a certified law enforcement officer, shall be authorized to apprehend, detain, or arrest a principal on a bond, wherever issued, unless that person is qualified, licensed, and appointed as provided in this chapter or licensed as a bail bond agent by the state where the bond was written.

I so wish that a courageous, strong victim rights advocate would step up and very publicly offer to be Caylee's attorney. I just don't think the family could deny it - unless Baez got involved, it might not be in Casey's best interests to have Caylee represented. :frown::frown:

But, they are probably going to be ordered by the underwriter of the bond to have licensed bond runners in the picture.
This is just another example of the BH not knowing all the facts of the case, judging by the remarks he chose not to respond to on Greta, and not knowing the facts about Bounty Hunters not being able to chase people down in Florida when he made the statement the HE would go after her if she ran.
Not knowing the very basic of facts means, to me, this is more about publicity than it is a belief in finding Caylee.

The people, Padilla Uncle and Nephew, should be the ones paying to safe guard her, not the City of Orlando.
I'm not sure how that would work A2L? I would think that IF the padilla's squared, wanted to spend 24/7 with casey in a safe house that THEY should pay for it.
I can see it now, rundown 1 room flat in a seedy part of town. Running water (cold of course) those pull down shades (yellow) with holes in them and that darn street light that shines right on caseys face, all night long. Things that go, sweek, in the night. Canned pork and beans on a camp stove and Bubba, oh yes there is always a bubba. :67302:

I think they'll all (Padilla Uncle and Nephew, bond runners and Casey and whoever else) will holed up in a very nice condo/hotel in a very nice part of town and enjoy the best take out that Orlando has to offer.
Molly, I really don't understand your question. I was saying if Casey needs protection it should be paid for by the people to got her out on bond, not by the people of Orlando.
Could you give links...They have so many threads...:67302:

Someone will birddoging them. However, I think there will be a few fake cars that leave from behind the jail and go in several directions.
There something they need to consider and that's Casey's safety. I'm sure there is a nut out there that may want to harm her.
I'm sure you're right, Faith, and for that reason if no other, it would be illogical and dangerous to allow a BH and/or attorney to hide her. IMO

Grandmother’s own web posting on Cindy’s MySpace message (since deleted) left on July 4th:
Subject: My Caylee is missing
Current mood: Distraught
“She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed,=2 0clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?”
According to reports, on July 4, Casey Anthony is said to have spent the entire day partying with friends, but where was Caylee?
Then on July 7, Casey Anthony is alleged to have left this message on her MySpace account (message has since been deleted):
The message, titled “Diary of Days,” read:

Independent Caylee investigators submit evidence
Last Edited: Saturday, 16 Aug 2008,
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- The process to bond Casey Anthony out of Jail is moving forward, which means the mother the missing Orlando toddler, Caylee, could walk out of the Orange County Jail as early as Monday morning.
About the same time Casey Anthony canceled a scheduled Saturday morning visit with her brother Lee, some independent investigators discovered what they say could be evidence in the search for Caylee.
"We found some things in this area ... blue jeans, size five from express," Derrick Miller.
Miller and others were searching just a few feet from the parking lot of the Econ Soccer Complex on Yates Rd.
"I found a couple of book bags, some other articles of clothing, some female clothing, a female shoe," said Wyatt Locke. "We did find a few articles of children's clothing yes," Locke added.
VIDEO: Possible evidence discovered? (http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/MyFox/pages/sidebar_video.jsp?contentId=7223603&version=1&locale=EN-US)
VIDEO: Bounty hunter comes to town (http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/MyFox/pages/sidebar_video.jsp?contentId=7221337&version=1&locale=EN-US)
Orange County deputies came to the scene to gather the evidence, which may or may not be germane to the investigation.
"Hopefully, if it does have anything to do with Casey or Caylee, it helps them find out what happened," said Locke.
Coincidence? Maybe, but Locke says some of the clothes are size five. It was size five clothing that investigators removed from Casey's closet. Caylee's grandfather, George Anthony, also told detectives that the last time he saw the missing girl, she was carrying a backpack.
Casey declines visit with brother
Casey denied yet another visit with her brother Lee -- apparently at the advice of her attorneys.
Jail records shows Daniel Walsh and Gabriel Adams, part of Casey Anthony’s defense team headed by lawyer Jose Baez, visited the 22-year-old Friday evening for about two hours.
Allen Moore, Public Information Officer for the Orange County Corrections Department, said that while jail officials don’t ask inmates why they decline visits, a corporal reported that Casey said "I'm declining on the advice of counsel."
When asked by FOX 35 if Casey could simply block her family from visiting altogether, Moore said that she could – but hasn’t.
"If she chooses to she could issue an inmate request form saying ‘I wish I decline all future visitations for the time being,’ Moore said Saturday morning. “If she wanted to change that she could say ‘I want to resume visits from whoever.’ She has not done that."
Instead, Casey has rejected her brother and parents just hours before their schedule visits. Last week, she declined her brother as soon as he arrived at the jail.
However, Casey accepted a 9 a.m. video visitation with her parents on Thursday. After about 45 minutes, George and Cindy Anthony left the jail without speaking to reporters. But before entering the jail, George lashed out at a reporter who asked what he thought about theories that Caylee might be dead.
The next day, the Anthony’s hired high-profile spokesman Larry Garrison to handle their communication with the media.
The Anthonys are again scheduled to visit Casey on Tuesday afternoon. However, Leonard Padilla, a bail bondsman and bounty hunter out of California, has said he can have Casey bailed out of jail by Monday.

Did he just win his eighth? I am in awe!!
I watched Michaels interview with Bob Costis and Mark Spitz last night. Altho many blogs have been bashing Michael about his attitude. I thought that the interveiw was heartfelt by both parties. I've been trying to find it on-line and can't locate it :0009:

Bondsman Thinks Additional Charges Possible For Casey Anthony
POSTED: 3:48 pm EDT August 15, 2008
UPDATED: 7:17 pm EDT August 16, 2008
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The owner of a bond company that plans to post bond for Casey Anthony said it's possible the Orange County Sheriff's Office could try to add more charges in the case.
Casey Anthony, who remains jailed while authorities look for her missing 3-year-old daughter, has declined a scheduled visit from her brother, Lee, that was to take place Saturday afternoon. She reportedly did so on advice of her attorney.
Jail visits to Anthony have been sporadic over the past few weeks as Casey has cancelled some visits and allowed others to happen.
Her parents, Cynthia and George Anthony, have a scheduled visit Monday.
In a statement issued Saturday morning about the cancellation of the visit, jail offiicials said they were unaware of an attempt by a Califonia bondsman to post a bond for Casey Anthony, noting that there are conditons that must be met for her to be released, including notifying the Orange County Sheriff's Office which is investigating the case.
One of the owners of the bond company said he thought the Orange County Sheriff's Office might try to add additional charges to Anthony in order to get a higher bond.
Eyewitness News learned Friday that Casey Anthony, who has been behind bars for 30 days, could be bonded out on Monday by a California-based bail bondsman who isn't shy of the media and who suggested he may be able to get information out of her.
Eyewitness News learned that a third party, only identified as a well-known journalist, put Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, in contact with Tony Padilla Bail Bonds in Sacramento. High-profile bail bondsman Leonard Padilla and his nephew, Tony Padilla, owner of the company, said they will be flying to Orlando on Sunday to post a $500,000 bond on Monday for the release of Casey Anthony. It is believed that Casey can't be released until Monday, because she needs to first be fitted for an ankle monitoring device, something not usually done on weekends.
"We'll have people with her 24/7. It has a lot to do with a lot of things," Leonard Padilla told Eyewitness News by phone on Friday (raw interview). "One is investment. Another is the fact that the more you know someone, the more you trust them."
If Anthony does bond out, she may not go back to her parents' home in order to avoid the media. Padilla said someone from his company would stay with her around the clock. Padilla did say if additional charges are added Anthony's bond is increased, his company would not put up the higher amount.
Casey Anthony is charged with child endangerment and lying to authorities in the disappearnce of her 3-year-old daughter, Caylee. Casey reported Caylee missing nearly a month ago but has frustrated investigators by providing little information on her whereabouts.
CASEY ANTHONY MADE CALL FROM REMOTE AREA
Woods and water are the perfect place to hide a body and the one place no one reported Casey Anthony ever visited until now. Channel 9 uncovered what could be a major break in the Caylee Anthony case.

I hope these "searchers" were very careful about how they did their search. Any defense atty worth his salt would protest having untrained people out collecting evidence.

It appears to be a residential area with some type of sports park.
I wish we knew more about the exact location of the find, like in the brush, off the roadway, in the woods, etc.
