I just watched the second tape - Baez is working on the puzzle now. You are going to start seeing cars everywhere with “Hey Casey where’s Caylee” logos on their vehicles. It has already started, so be watching. My grandson was taking a bath here the other night. He couldn't wait for the water and bubbles to get ready.
Then when he had a "goatee" on his chin I told him he looked like his dad who has one. :smile:

I just reviewed Geraldos tapes again.
Frusterating to say the least, listening to Baez and Padillia. Both claim LE isn't searching for Caylee, but just zeroing in on Casey. Why don't they look closer at their client for clues, how is LE supposed to search when they don't have a starting point? If Padillia thinks Caylee is in NY, why isn't he up there?

Now they are saying how Tony Lazarro and some of the staff have or did have an apartment in Sawgrass.

They are looking at Amy, Ricardo, Jp and Tony one other but name wasn't mentioned.

I have spoken about Tony Lazarro and Casey not really knowing anything about him since they only met in May through Facebook. While the police say they believe him I truly do wonder if he has anything or knows the person who has Caylee.

Leonard Padilla is getting some sort of report for the pings on Casey's phone, during June 16 through the 20th. These pings are every two minutes and will show where and who exactly Casey had spoken with.

Baez states LE are not actively looking since they feel Caylee is dead, Police Captain states they are actively looking and looking for a missing person, nothing shows them that Caylee is dead or alive, but working on the premise of a missing person. Trying to piece together everything Casey told them.

Well, it's been well over 35 days since Casey told her tale and they haven't come up with one viable clue?

Did I read BFD's finding correctly? The 5 min rule on the landline only applies to that phone, but cell phones and other lines not attached to the moniter can be used? If true, that means Casey has cell phone access.

Yes, Cham I caught that too. They said they feel the forensics did not come back as they planned and have to look at the clues already given.

I think there is something up with the Sawgrass connection. Also did you see where they said Casey was shown video of missing children? Which is why she was afraid to say anything, for Caylee's safety?

I checkout out those posts that was linked...summary...some guy who went to school with Casey posted that she was always like this...always lied, and that Cindy always believed Casey...Casey never really had any close friends...just a bunch of people she called friends...

It goes back to what Padilla said about telling Lies. There is always a bit of truth mixed in. The Sawgrass apartments was a lie. Zenaida was a lie. Casey said she dropped Caylee off between 9am and 1pm. Well we know it wasn't on the 9th or on the 16th. So where was Casey on the 17th between 9am and 1pm? Those pings out at the airport were on the 17th. Did we ever hear what time the pinging was happening?

..Not sure TB.. but remember when an agent showed up at the Anthony house from Sex Crimes/Child Abuse and everyone (we) went CRAZY? We were told that for some reason Sex Crimes and Child Abuse are one single division... I'm sure what you just discovered has to do with the child neglect charge which would fall under Child Abuse..

I wondered about that too...I don't text either...but I don't think we know whether they were actually phone calls, or text messages...

I think it would show up as text messages on the list. I know the one time I got a text message...LOL I got charged 10 cents...and it listed it as such..

My guess would be a domestic incident. The criminal charge was for battery and it looks like it was dropped. He also has a family services case and a civil case.

George Anthony told Eyewitness News he was supposed to meet in Oviedo on Tuesday morning with "people assisting outside the normal scope of things" and he seemed to suggest that the people are doing surveillance on kidnappers who he believes have his granddaughter.

"These people know they are being watched. They know it," George told Eyewitness News on Tuesday morning.

"Who are these people?" WFTV reporter Derrol Nail asked.

"I really can't get into that with you," George said.

"Are there people out there who can help you find these people?" Nail asked.

"Yeah, you would think that the people who have my granddaughter right now would be smart enough to turn this girl back in to her family. I don't want anymore of this going on," he said.

"You really believe that, George, with all the evidence out there to the counter?" Nail asked.

"Oh, deeply. You know something? Stuff that's out there so far, I hope I can say this as politely as I can, evidence that's out there is circumstantial. Evidence that's out there is being drawn up in someone's mind. Just because some things look like it's going in one way, it could go in a totally different way," he said.

During his time in Oviedo on Tuesday morning, he passed out shirts and fliers to random strangers who came up to him, but the person who he said he was supposed to meet in Oviedo didn't show up.

Eyewitness News asked if he has hired a private investigator and he would only say that the people who are doing the surveillance are private people who are helping him.

After his brief conversation with Eyewitness News, George hit the road with a Caylee billboard in tow. He said he plans on driving it to Sanford and possibly Daytona if time allows.

That is a precious memory. :000a1: The Anthonys' most assuredly have some of beautiful Caylee but they have not talked about them in public. The only time I recall one of them mentioning a memory was when George said something about Caylee looking at the moon and stars and remembering them (I can't recall what he said). At the time I thought he might be referencing the book 'Good Night Moon'.

Dress Code
The following are general guidelines to which you are expected to adhere to while meeting with your case manager or field officer:

Clothing must be clean and presentable

Clothing should not be tight or suggestive

Shirts with slogans or pictures displaying and/or referring to illegal acts, drug paraphenalia, alcohol or belitting specific groups of people or organizations are not authorized.


Telephone Usage
I won't type the whole thing out, but basically there is a 5 minute limit on calls (for anyone in the house) due to the nature of the monitoring device. It gives a bunch of requirements for different things that may happen while using the phone and what needs to be done. I'll type out the last part of the telephone usage rules to make it clear they do not apply to Casey.

Cell phone and other phones that are not on the same line as the field-monitoring device are exempt from these requirements.

I'd like to think Padilla and company are doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. I think they want to find Caylee more than anything.

I also feel since LE jumped too quickly to charge her it severed all ties. I know there were too many lies Casey was caught in, but what if what she stated is true? Now she cannot talk freely to LE/BH's which is putting a strong hinderance in Caylee's whereabouts. Although Baez stated LE has an open invitation to speak with Casey. So have they since she's been released?

I think she did get into something too big. I want to know, since most friends say they hadn't seen Caylee since June 2nd, where/who was watching her?

I'm often the last one around here and last night the fact that Casey is still not cooperating, Baez is (IMO) interfering with finding the truth about what has happened to Caylee, and everyone else that is associated with this case either seems to have decided to live life as if nothing was wrong or is using Caylee for their own personal gain hit me very hard. I know many/most here were feeling the same.

When my daughter was small, we always read before she went to bed - it put a peaceful and calm end to our day, regardless how good or bad it had been. I decided to try this for Caylee. I want to be on record about the search efforts that were organized here.

#1: We were in contact with LE the entire time. They knew where we were going to be. The investigators on the Caylee case have had our information to contact us since day 1.

#2: The search yesterday: yielded, to be honest, nothing of relevence in my opinion. Of course I myself can not make that decision.

#3: The person who was actually moving evidence was a retired CSI from near the Miami area. She had her credentials. HOWEVER, being CSI, OCSO expected her to know not to bag evidence. NONE of the team other than this person is in any trouble. (The Sgt. on scene may file felony tampering with evidence charges)

#4: Carlos Padilla (OCSO PR) and Sgt Yates (Lead Detective) were notified that morning of our presence. The Sgt on scene yesterday spoke directly to Sgt Yates who again did not tell the team to cease. As a matter of fact they emphasized that they are NOT asking us to stop.

#5: For those here who are concerned about the search team not having background checks, obviously you do not know the procedures that we have followed.

#6: For those of you who are criticizing us from what you read in the blogs, or what you hear in the news, and not taking the time to get the WHOLE story, take a step back and realize we don’t tell you EVERYTHING that happens, and neither does the news. Any person that has experience with LE knows that.

Bottom line, you don’t know us. You yell at everyone else here for jumping to conclusions with the Anthony’s, theyn you turn around and belittle us. You are no better than the bloggers you try to yell at. Until you get the ENTIRE story and know the facts, don’t say negative stuff about us. At least we are out trying, unlike you.

It just seems odd to me that LE wouldn't have checked this out already and if it was true it would've been in the news before now. Since I didn't hear Padilla say any of this and just read the posts, I'm wondering if he's trying to say that there was drug activity going on and somebody took Caylee for drug debt or something like that? :shrug1: He does seem to have a new angle everytime he talks!

Good morning Chambord and Savannah.

Now they are saying how Tony Lazarro and some of the staff have or did have an apartment in Sawgrass.

They are looking at Amy, Ricardo, Jp and Tony one other but name wasn't mentioned.

I have spoken about Tony Lazarro and Casey not really knowing anything about him since they only met in May through Facebook. While the police say they believe him I truly do wonder if he has anything or knows the person who has Caylee.

Leonard Padilla is getting some sort of report for the pings on Casey's phone, during June 16 through the 20th. These pings are every two minutes and will show where and who exactly Casey had spoken with.

Baez states LE are not actively looking since they feel Caylee is dead, Police Captain states they are actively looking and looking for a missing person, nothing shows them that Caylee is dead or alive, but working on the premise of a missing person. Trying to piece together everything Casey told them.

Well, it's been well over 35 days since Casey told her tale and they haven't come up with one viable clue?

L. Padilla mumbles and rambles so much that I couldn't tell if he was just blustering when he only named 4 people they're tracking or it was an open threat to scare everyone and anyone who has associated with Casey.

Baez is spinning a cluster %$#& - he and Cindy must be twins separated at birth. I sincerely hope there are sanctions against him if it is proven that Caylee is/was alive and his behavior caused her to be harmed.

I had emailed the Community Corrections officer and requested a copy of the Home Confinement restrictions pertaining to Casey Anthony.

My email was referred to a Public Information Officer that sent me a PDF file that is a 10 page document, the same document Casey would have received and needed to sign.

It would seem there is some slight confusion regarding the rules and how they apply.

Dress Code
The following are general guidelines to which you are expected to adhere to while meeting with your case manager or field officer:

Clothing must be clean and presentable

Clothing should not be tight or suggestive

Shirts with slogans or pictures displaying and/or referring to illegal acts, drug paraphenalia, alcohol or belitting specific groups of people or organizations are not authorized.


Telephone Usage
I won't type the whole thing out, but basically there is a 5 minute limit on calls (for anyone in the house) due to the nature of the monitoring device. It gives a bunch of requirements for different things that may happen while using the phone and what needs to be done. I'll type out the last part of the telephone usage rules to make it clear they do not apply to Casey.

Cell phone and other phones that are not on the same line as the field-monitoring device are exempt from these requirements.

If someone has a way for me to upload this PDF file to a file server, I'll be more than happy to do so.

The initial date given also was June 9, which was contradicted by the Father's Day visit of June 15. I still can't see how they were off by a week when it's about a missing child! :shrug1:

Interesting that Garrison is spinning she was delayed twice at Baez's office due to the weather. (bologna). One reason he could be spinning that is because the dept of corrections only allowed this one time tardiness. If she's late, again, they'll try to pull the 'first time didn't count because it was weather' card to keep her from having the bond revoked. :67302:
