Texas, I'm not saying it shouldn't be admitted, I'm asking has it ever been admitted as evidence in Florida or will Florida allow it to be admitted for the first time. Just because the example you sited from Hawaii allows it does not mean Florida will.

Who is a trespasser?
A trespasser is a person who intrudes upon another person's property for his own reasons without invitation or license and without any purpose other than self-interest (see Lukancich v. Tampa, 583 So. 2d 1070 [2d DCA 1991]; 41 Fla. Jur 2d Premises Liability section 60). An action against trespassers may recover both compensatory and punitive damages (see Wishman v. Foster & Curry Industries, Inc., 145 So.2d 278 [3d DCA 1962]).

What notice must be provided to a trespasser?
As previously mentioned, under Florida Statute, section 588.10, a property owner must provide proper notice to all parties that may enter the property. All gates, fence corners, and all boundaries that lay along waterways must have posted notice of proper size and composition. The postings can be no more than 500 feet apart. If no notice of trespassing is posted on a piece of property and the party cannot know who owns the land, the party may not be able to be assumed to be a trespasser. This may change the party's status in liability for damages for harm that may befall that individual. I posted earlier....probably the only truth in what she said is the fact that she went to the tow yard. Everything else chalks up to her thinking telling half truths is an acceptable way to communicate with people.

From what has been said by friends, neighbor's and what friends say Casey said, I believe that Cindy and Casey went at it all the time. Arguing a lot. If this is a pattern (and it sounds like it is) why on earth would they NOT be arguing and fighting now? Nothing has changed from my perspective. I can't get past the fact Cindy and Lee still say Caylee is alive, now is it just me or is the fact Cindy called TES to search for Caylee a big fat contradiction? I haven't heard TES will be going to PR, the Carolina mountains or going door to door looking for Caylee with Zandia.

From what has been said by friends, neighbor's and what friends say Casey said, I believe that Cindy and Casey went at it all the time. Arguing a lot. If this is a pattern (and it sounds like it is) why on earth would they NOT be arguing and fighting now? Nothing has changed from my perspective. Casey lies, Cindy lies, Casey gets in trouble, Cindy bails her out and on & on & on.

The family has issues, serious issues. Unbelievable that Cindy is acting in this manner. I'm just waiting for someone to say "it is the grief of what has happened". grrrrrr:mad:

Anyway, Cindy is doing what she has always done... take up for, lie for and protect Casey at all costs. Just makes me sick that a parent is that wrapped around their child until they cannot grasp reality any longer. Unbelievable!

It was reported they are using ground sensors, atvs, helicopters in their search. If they believed Caylee were alive, I don't think they would be using those.

Makes total sense. I really think if we (public) see these behavior's out of Cindy there is nooooo telling how Cindy is acting behind closed doors and blinds!
