This woman needs to talk and tell the authorities where this poor baby is. From what I have been reading apparently Caylee is dead. How could anyone do this to a small child, I will never understand. But no matter what LE need to know where she is.
If she is not forthcoming I suspect the LE are building a ce case against her. I suspect that she is trying to avoid prison time but if she is not careful she may get more time then she ever thought was possible.

I see the makings of a movie UNFORTUNITLY@! (sorry sp?) I feel Caylee is dead too BUT I think maybe it was an accident then ALL this to cover it up. I have read EVERYTHING available out there and by ALL the paperwork and interviews I don't think she would have killed her intentionally. I'd like to know where her Car Seat is? If it had decomp on it too. Maybe she left her in the car and she died (heat) THEN she did everything to HIDE her so her mother wouldn't have a "I TOLD YA SO, YOUR A BAD MOM" for her. Btw: I think her Mom is CRAZY also. The Apple Doesn't fall FAR from the Tree!

This is my first post and I really do not want to sound mean spirited.
But I do say what I really Think. :1222423:

I did believe that Casey may be bipolar at first, and I did hope that a professional that knows how to Handel misguided or imbalanced people
would step in to talk to her. So that we can find Caylee.
That opinion changed after the DNA test results.

NOW: I think it is very important to find Caylee. For two reasons:
1) The baby deserves a proper burial
2) There must be some evidence with the body that will point fingers,
Useful for the case to charge and convict.

I no longer believe that she is alive after the DNA samples came in.
I now believe that Casey was guided by her LE father not to talk.
IMHO: her parents The Anthony's seem to display the following:
They know from a GUT level that Caylee is gone.
The 911 calls seem to point to that.

Her father having been an LE knowes all the ropes and is guiding Casey no be quite and not put her foot in her mouth.
He wants to save her butt which is interference with the case.
IMHO:
They know they lost one forever and hope to help save the other from
a sentence of "Murder" but they do know she is in deep doodoo.
They hope she will get sentenced for "Negligence" which can get her out
for good behavior. They must buy time to accomplish that.

IMHO: They are between a rock and a hard place and are doing their
very best to guide her.

IF Caylee is found they may be able to find more evidence that will convict her.
IF Caylee is not found for 10 years or so (she will be found sometime)
they can only charge her on Negligence.
JMHO based on wanting to believe her, reading as much as I could, watching her and her parents BS...
While Cindy blames the police for not searching for a live Caylee when she is asked why Casey is not talking, not helping the police, Cindy just goes back to the police is not looking :doh:

I still have no clue what the Gas tanks are all about: If my kid was missing I would not give a darn about $50 worth of Gas tanks.

She went out parting during that first month before her mother challenged her to get a reply of WHERE IS CAYLEE????

Grand jurors responded with an indictment charging Anthony, 22, with 7 counts:

First-degree murder,
Aggravated child abuse,
Aggravated manslaughter of a child,
Four counts of providing false information to law enforcement.

Now I wonder if the prosecutor will be dropping her orignal charge of negligence but with the above charges it doesn't look lik it. I also am a little confused as to why there is a first degree murder charge along with an aggravated manslaughter of a child unless the prosecutors are hoping to sit down with her and her attorney and take the DP off the table if Casey gives up Caylee and what happened. I also believe it has to do with the age of a victim.

I also heard that Casey may be her own attorney at this trial.
NIKKI PIERCE, REPORTER, WDBO RADIO: There`s some talk about that, because, as I understand it, you have to have five years as an attorney at least to be able to defend this kind of a case.

We also hear that Casey Anthony may actually defend herself. This from Jose Baez`s PR firm, saying that she would have access to state funds to get her some investigators if she did so.

GRACE: You know, to Raymond Giudice, Doug Burns, I do not believe that any court in this country would allow a death penalty, Raymond, to go forward per se with council defending themselves.

So basically this would be a way to use and manipulate state funds so they can get her investigators on her team. Don't know if this will ever be allowed on a first degree murder charge, no judge will grant this, they don't want a mistrial....

I too hope Casey Anthony will give up what happened to Caylee and where she placed her. Doubtful but still hopeful.

I have alot more respect for GA after yesterdays testimony and the words he offered. I think this is why GA has remained pretty silent, unless he was defending his home, he hasn't said a word. I feel he has finally internalized all the information and knows in his heart his granddaughter is no longer alive, unlike Cindy who keeps spinning her sorbid theories....I think Cindy needs to follow her husbands lead. Yes, they love Casey but their love for Caylee needs to be stronger. They need closure and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Once TM/TES and all those wonderful volunteers bring Caylee home, there will be another obstacle to face. That will be to find out how Caylee died, but sadly after 4 months in the elements, it may be very hard to pinpoint.

NEJAME: I don`t know why you would make that statement, Nancy. The fact of the matter is, George obviously cooperated with the police. In fact, we didn`t -- we kept it under the radar, but a week ago, they voluntarily, without subpoena, went in and provided DNA samples of saliva and hair. So the fact of the matter is -- the fact of the matter is...

Yesterday when Baez held that little 6 minute news conference where Casey shed about 4 tears. I watched it on NG again, I noticed something. As she wiped that last tear out of her eye, you can see her thrust her head back, closed her eyes and shaked her body as if to regain her composure. She turned it off as quickly as it turned on when Baez said Casey was someone's child. That and only that is what she shed those tears for.

I also thought about her tattoo she received while Caylee was allegedly kidnapped. Buena Vita....well her good life now will be all behind bars for the rest of her sorry life, unless the DP ends it first...
