I took notes from the 400 pg document. Mr Ridgeway, the tow truck driver did not smell an odor when he picked up the car. However, he had a cold that day. He also did not notice any damage to the vehicle trunk. When George picked up the car Mr. Ridgeway walked over with him to the car and they opened the trunk. This was when he noticed the odor he had smelled before when a man had committed suicide in his car.

This is just my opinion, but I think it's possible her decomposing body was in the car just prior to Casey abandoning it, so 3 days later it's towed, the driver has a cold and can't smell the odor, but by the time George picks up the car the smell has gotten worse, compounded with the garbage in the trunk.

You're right Harmony. I've been thinking that a "good" lawyer will use that statement to create reasonable doubt if there's a trial. I'm hoping that the DNA testing came back positive and not inconclusive. They'll try to set up all the things that couldve happened in that car between June 27th and July 15th and start tearing apart the circumstantial evidence. When I think of Casey getting away with this is makes me wanna :puke:

Yes, I agree, he wouldn't have had a reason to open the trunk either when he towed it. But over two weeks of the car sitting in the hot sun the stench spread to the whole car. I believe the tow truck driver anyday over the Anthonys.

Cham... could you explain please? I was under the impression (prob an assumption!) that Jesse continued to be friends with Casey and a part of Caylee's life even after he found out that he wasn't his daughter. Is that not true then?
