Well I could only vote once so I voted intentional..
So I guess Caylee is deceased is a given..lol

I hope I am wrong but I really think with the fighting we have good reason to believe is true that Casey did harmed Caylee to spite her parents..I think they were making threats to call CPS and take custody of Caylee. That along with the fact she was lying and stealing on a constant basis...

Also now I wonder if Casey didn't realize that for the stealing she might go to jail and really didn't want Cindy and George to have total control and custody over Caylee..just a theory.

On your poll....well if it was an accident....then she's
still dead, right?

I thought for a long time it was an accident but in
the past few weeks, I am leaning towards murder,
b/c while on bond, she never gave out any info and
she acts like a 12 yr. old that couldn't care less about
anyone but herself. And she seems too pleased she's
put her 'problem' (Caylee) out of sight.

Caylee became a problem to Casey.

If it was an accident, I think she would have fessed
up by now.

I voted that I think Caylee is dead :1187603408.CR.Mothe I think it was intentional. If it were an accident, IMO Casey would be showing emotions, pain, sadness, guilt. Since she wanted Caylee gone, I think she would have jumped on the phone and called 911 if it was something like Caylee drowning.. then Caylee would be out of the way and Casey would get away with it. I also think it's why she dumped Caylee's body and kept it a secret as long as she could. George is ex-LE and Casey knows the longer that passes, the more a body decomposes and cause of death will be hard/impossible to prove.

I voted accident. I think since the cholorform came into play, she tried to put her into a dead sleep so she can party and leave Caylee sleeping. Which is why she couldn't call EMS for help. They would have found out Caylee was drugged.

Now after knowing what we know, I think it was intentional afterall. Can I change my vote? :girl_haha:
