I guess we need to get back to :INhouseReading04:
I really think Padilla know something on this case.
I think he is reading the message boards and crafting new scenarios from that. His story changes everyday. I swear he is reading the message boards and finding things that sound like good possibilities. He goes on NG and other shows and starts spewing what he thinks sounds good.
He can't even get the facts right when he talks. I think that is because he is reading different theories and can't keep them seperated.
I just don't think the man is credible at all.

Just had my shower....thought I'd drop in before
Gov. Palin's speech.
Want to say, if Padilla springs her out again, he'd
best make sure she tells where Caylee's body is
BEFORE he posts the bond, not after.
Hopefully Padilla's learned a lesson.
Of course she's not gonna tell a bloody thing that
needs knowing to recover that baby's body.

I explained to her that eventually between the ligiments softening and sea life, the parts of the body that were not anchored would surface. OMG, I started getting death threats, a woman from Oregon said she put a spell on me for even thinking such things..... I was called every name in the book...

Top Story April 16, 2005. Researchers have found that triclosan, a chemical found in toothpaste, when mixed with chlorinated drinking water, can cause chloroform gas. When inhaled, can lead to depression, liver problems and cancer. Triclosan is also found in household anti-bacterial products. BTW... chloroform can be absorbed through the skin !!!!

With the online searches, I'm convinced Casey deliberately killed Caylee. But I'm wondering if she made up some concoction of her own that could be mistaken for chloroform, like a mixture of having gas & bleach in the trunk which Caylee inhaled? Although wouldn't the combination of some chemicals in a hot trunk be flammable? It's hard to even type this. :1187603408.CR.Mothe

Casey's version is the car broke down in the street and two guys pushed it into the parking lot. Well, the problem is, pushing a car usually has it going in front first, not backed into a parking space conveniently next to a dumpster.

http://www.lenntech.com/water-disinfection/swimming-pool-disinfection-health.htm
Disinfection byproducts: chloroform
Some disinfection byproducts, such as trihalomethane chloroform, are suspected carcinogenic.
Trihalomethane concentration depends upon total organic carbon, the number of swimmers and the water temperature.
Chloroform is the most important reaction product. Additionally other trihalomethanes, dichloromethane, tetrachloromethane, trichloroethene, bromodichloromethane and other chlorobromo hydrogen carbons can be found.
Chloroform and similar substances are volatile. Some part escapes from water and swimmers are exposed through inhalation. Chloroform concentrations in swimming pools vary a lot. Chloroform concentrations are highest just above the water. The suggested health standard for chloroform 100 mg/m3, this concentration is found in indoor swimming pools.
Swimming is one of the main sources of non-professional exposure to chloroform (over 70% percent after one hour of swimming). In outdoor swimming pools exposure is lower, because the wind ventilates the air above the water.
Exposure to chloroform can be measured in blood plasma of swimmers. Swimmers that swim for a long time with great physical effort (competitive swimmers) take up most chloroform. Chloroform concentrations in air is the main factor that determines the amount of chloroform that is absorbed. The time interval, the number of swimmers and the chloroform concentration in water are less important factors.
Effects of chloroform
Exposure to low concentrations of chloroform causes renal and liver defects. These can be demonstrated by enzymes in the blood which are indicators for renal- and liver functions. Epidemiological research shows there might be a relation between skin exposure to chlorinated organic substances and hypochlorite, and skin cancer. This relation has not been proved by laboratory animal testst. Long-term oral exposure of laboratory animals to chloroform through food caused liver cancer.
I wonder if any of George's pool chemicals are missing?

With the online searches, I'm convinced Casey deliberately killed Caylee. But I'm wondering if she made up some concoction of her own that could be mistaken for chloroform, like a mixture of having gas & bleach in the trunk which Caylee inhaled? Although wouldn't the combination of some chemicals in a hot trunk be flammable? It's hard to even type this. :1187603408.CR.Mothe

http://www.wftv.com/news/17382107/detail.html
Sources close to the investigation confirmed to Eyewitness News late Wednesday afternoon that preliminary tests show chloroform inside the trunk of Casey Anthony's car. That is the same place investigators found a hair and a stain they believe belonged to Caylee Anthony and that showed she was dead.
HIGH-PROFILE ORLANDO ATTORNEY CONTACTED
Only Eyewitness News has learned one of Orlando's most prominent defense attorneys, Mark Nejame, has been contacted in the case, but he hasn't decided if he'll take it over. Late Wednesday afternoon, Eyewitness News learned George and Cindy Anthony met with Nejame at his office.
Mark Nejame
Nejame has decades of experience in high-profile cases. He said the Anthonys only contacted him for advice and were not currently seeking to have him act as their or Casey's attorney. He told Eyewitness News the Anthonys had questions about the case related to Caylee and didn't ask any questions related to Casey.
Nejame said that the Anthonys just wanted advice regarding evidence found relating to Caylee's disappearance, but Nejame wouldn't disclose what kind of advice he gave.
"To be going through the loss of their granddaughter, their daughter in jail, it's a lot. And then, nobody's trained for this sort of thing, nobody's trained. They're regular, hard-working, good people and now their daughter in jail, their granddaughter missing, the media's at their door every minute," Nejame told Eyewitness News early Wednesday evening after meeting with George and Cindy Anthony.
Mark Nejame and his team of attorneys have been known to represent high-profile cases in Central Florida. In 2004, he represented Jesse Maali. The high-profile I-Drive business man was investigated by federal agents and then indicted on charges of hiring illegal aliens, money laundering and tax evasion.
President of the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys Richard Hornsby told Eyewitness News that Nejame's firm would be an asset to Casey Anthony's defense because he is media savvy.
"If Mark would take over to the Anthony case, it would be a great benefit from both the media and legal standpoint, because you know the right decision would be made," Hornsby said.
Nejame's law firm was in the spotlight when he represented Fred Khalilian. Khalilian is best known for opening nightspot Club Paris at Church Street Station with hotel heiress Paris Hilton in 2004. Khalilian was accused raping a girl at his apartment after leaving his nightclub Dolce.
Former city commissioner Ernest Page hired Nejame when he got into hot water. Page was accused of using his city hall position to demand business dealings with a developer.
But Hornsby believes the Anthony case is so big, it takes more than just one attorney to handle it.
"If Mark's firm were to be taking over, it would be like a team as opposed to a sole practitioner, which quite frankly this case needs," he said.

I would say she isnt smart enough to research it and make it, and that it were more likely a combination of chemicals IF it werent for the computer searches. Also, I would like to know what kind of detection they are using ~ the "sniff" thing or lab results from carpet samples, etc.... because there could be errors. For example, I had a friend who got a DUI - he had to have one of those blow things to start his car. He couldnt use it if he ate onions or certain mouth washes, or Orbit gun because it would give a false positive.

Three sources close to the investigation into the case of missing toddler Caylee Anthony told WESH 2 that preliminary lab results show there was chloroform in mother Casey Anthony's car.
Sources told WESH 2 the level of chloroform in her car was "suspiciously high." They also told WESH 2 that her computer confiscated within hours of her July arrest, show visits to Web sites with information on chloroform.
Casey Anthony has told investigators that Caylee was kidnapped by a babysitter at Blanchard Park.
"The story she gave them was she went to Jay Blanchard Park, Zenaida and her older sister, Samantha, and Samantha's three young children were there and they were driving a silver Ford whatever and one of them jumped her and the other one took the baby and took her and said, 'Hey, this is the script. For the next 30 days, you read this to law enforcement and tell them this is what happened' and they zoomed off," bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said.

Chloroform
A. Background
Chloroform is a colorless, clear, volatile liquid with an ether-like odor. It is readily absorbed through skin, from the gastrointestinal tract, and by inhalation and is moderately toxic by these routes. Eye and skin
exposure may produce irritation. It is weakly carcinogenic in rodents on chronic ingestion, with target organs
being liver and kidney. Its major industrial use is for the production of chlorodifluoromethane (refrigerant);
other uses are as a solvent, heat transfer medium, pesticide, and soil fumigant.

The bondsman (leonard) claims there will be some evidence THAT HAS YET TO COME OUT that deals with a dumpster not far from Tonys (Caseys boyfriend) place. None of us know what that is about but we've all speculated some. Some think maybe Caylee's clothes were found in the dumpster. We'll have to wait and see.
The 'high level of chloroform' in the trunk.. we only found out about today. Not long ago actually. They say that 'someone' had been doing a search on chloroform which they discovered when they looked at the hard drive of the computer they took from the A's house..

Someone is sneaking through the streets of Orlando FL. with a cadaver, waiting to POUNCE on someone's car, break into it, roll the body around for a minute or two, take the corpse OUT of the vehicle - leaving NO signs that it had been tampered with...and heading on down the road to perpetrate the corpse-sneaking crime on someone else. Oh, and these evil-doers who just happen to have a fresh dead body on their hands, just HAPPENED to pick the Anthony vehicle. Will wonders never cease??:blondblush113268230

Thank you! So, no ideas on who was searching? I'm sure they suspect Casey right? I mean, if Cindy is a nurse, she knows what the stuff is.
So, what kind of trampo mother researches chloroform, drugs her kid, and then murders the baby and dumps the body? Then dances her bottom off at clubs and hangs with her boyfriend every night and never bothers to mention that her child is missing?
Maybe I'm filling in blanks that we don't have facts on, but if this happens to be true............how upsetting. A lazy selfish mother who lets her kid die on accident because she doesn't want to be bothered is a lot different than a premediated and planned death of one's own child........errrrrr.
Glad to be back........

According to one link I posted, a small amount is formed by adding water to many household cleaners. The operative word is small amount - it sounds like there was more than a trace found.
Sources told WESH 2 the level of chloroform in her car was "suspiciously high." They also told WESH 2 that her computer confiscated within hours of her July arrest, show visits to Web sites with information on chloroform.

There are so many "what ifs' in this case I dont know where to start. I hope I cleared up someones question earlier about the mtDNA and nuclear, though.
If you ever have a question, I would be happy to give input - but i will admit, you guys are pretty damn good!
My opinions here may not be popualr ones. I sure miss the field, but I have a full plate. Plus, its very hard not to get emotionally involved and take that home. I have seen kids, and women and elderly. Its heart wrenching. AND if I may add to Cindy - once you smell a 'dead body'... there is NOTHING you can do to pizza to duplicate that smell. Ever.
LASTLY, anyone see a CSI show about chloroform?? Just wondering because of the script thing we talked about earlier. The chloro scenerio seems very hollywood and over the top when there are easier ways.

New Charges For Casey Anthony Amid Reports Of New Attorney
POSTED: 3:04 pm EDT September 3, 2008
UPDATED: 4:52 pm EDT September 3, 2008
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- New criminal charges were filed against Casey Anthony on Wednesday and Eyewitness News has learned she could be getting a powerful local attorney.
The new charges are unrelated to her daughter Caylee's disappearance. They stem from Casey's arrest Friday night, when she was accused of stealing money from her friend's checking account. The friend, Amy Huizenga, says Anthony stole several checks and cleaned out her bank account while Huizenga was vacationing in Puerto Rico.
The sheriff's office said they were able to connect Casey with the checks using video surveillance from a Target and Bank of America location.
The new charges filed Wednesday are for two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petit theft, and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification.
HIGH-PROFILE ORLANDO ATTORNEY CONTACTED
Only Eyewitness News has learned one of Orlando's most prominent defense attorneys, Mark Nejame, has been contacted in the case, but he hasn't decided if he'll take it over.
Nejame has decades of experience in high-profile cases. He's being very tight-lipped about the case. He didn't tell Eyewitness News why he hasn't decided whether or not he will take on the case and didn't say whether or not he may take on the case pro bono.

So then Tony is saying that Casey called him and he picked her up early morning....Was that the 27th?
---------------------------------------------------------------
It came from NG's producer. She said she spoke to tony and he said he picked her up late in the morning and she had a bag of groceries. He was standing outside of the car when he arrive
Now, the question is which day. Was it late the morning of the 26th and the manager would think it was a customer car and not think about when she left for the day? or was it late morning of the 27th and the manager simply didn't see her in the car because she took a walk or whatever?

Did they pick up the pc when she was rearrested? I would love to know where she was going on the internet while out on bond. Was she searching (hahaha) for Caylee online? We know she emailed a 12 year old girl, but what else did she do?

Hey ya'll I've been reading, and saw where the Body Hunters cadaver dogs hit on an area by the airport and then saw it reported later that it was just animal bones. Has this been covered?
There was a lot of debate on the cadaver dogs and that they wouldn't alert on animal remains.. but they did today? Is this because the BH dogs aren't certified, or "something" not sure what I'm asking except I don't like it that the cadaver dogs hit on remains that aren't human. Will this call into question the dogs that hit on the trunk and in the yard?
I'm gonna have to hop off and go to bed in a few.. hugggs to everyone who posted updates today!

Did they pick up the pc when she was rearrested? I would love to know where she was going on the internet while out on bond. Was she searching (hahaha) for Caylee online? We know she emailed a 12 year old girl, but what else did she do?
I would love to know that too.
That was one of the first things that came to mind when I read that she had spent alot of time online.
Was she looking at aerial views of "certain places"? Maybe there is something there that could lead to more information.
But then again, would she be soo stupid to do something like that knowing they could find that info out? Unless maybe at the time she was not aware that they had already gathered information from her comp but had not shared that info with her yet.

Sources told WESH 2 the level of chloroform in her car was "suspiciously high." They also told WESH 2 that her computer confiscated within hours of her July arrest, show visits to Web sites with information on chloroform.
