That attorney is also claiming to have the media experience. If one would consider, later book or movie or interview deals, one would need to have some public appeal to sell them. I think that is where an attorney like that would come into play. He'll make appearances on Casey's behalf to answer questions, put out PR statements, leaks, and more, spinning it to make her look good and everyone else, like LE, look bad.

Otherwise, they would concentrate on an attorney who was the best criminal defense for her.

My thought is that Baez had them convinced the charges can be beaten and homicide can be beaten, too. Garrison would love to have it take that direction, so he may have had a big part in the suggestion of change.

Late Thursday morning, Eyewitness News received a statement from Casey Anthony's mother. In an email, she blasts the bounty hunter who helped get Casey released on bond and the organizer of the search organization.

"Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses. Both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organization at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the efforts of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace.

Sean and I were in that parking lot looking for a good place for him to fly his drone. It was raining and some creepy folks were sitting in a car, one window open or broken out. When we came back around they were gone. He found out later he wasn't allowed to fly there because it was within 5 miles of the airport. Right there is about 1 mile or less from the airport.

The little white fence enclosure you see will have dumpsters. Brand new. The ones I saw had no dumpsters in them yet.

This is in the main phone ping area. There is water all the way around that complex.

ok guys, I was read ing on a psychic board last night to see what people had to say there.... I dont know if i can post it here so i will paraphrase. A woman was discussing her dream. She said that she was in shallow water but with grass around her, tall grass. She said searchers were close but she couldnt call out to them because she didnt have a voice anymore (so sad). And she said "lavender" she insisted lavender was VERY important. There was also a post on AUG 18 (way before the chloroform story) where she said she couldnt move her left arm... all she wanted to do was move but she couldnt and she was so tired.

In the dream I was suddenly asleep very hard. I could not wake. As I lay there in my dream I kept trying to will myself to wake up, but could not. I then realized that I was on my right arm and thought to myself if only I could move my right arm I could wake up and get her. (caylee) So I began to try to move my left arm to get my right arm from under me but still could not do so. My whole body would not move. I could hear caylee, but could not get to her. My heart was pounding in my chest. I kept telling myself that it was urgent I get to her, I also kept seeing the color lavender scribbled on this piece of paper, knowing that it meant something.


Anyway, she was insistant on the lavender thing. A poster replied that lavender wouldnt grow well in the FL conditions right now, she said maybe lavender was the COLOR not the plant. THEN, another poster wrote to her that :

Lavendar is the color designated to identify reclaimed water piping used for irrigation. All reclaimed water piping above the ground must be painted lavendar.

While some newer subdivisions have reclaimed water distribution piping installed, you mostly see it in larger scale applications like golf courses and airports. Both of which are located fairly close to the Anthony’s home.

It’s possible that there could be a lined pond used for storing reclaimed water until it is needed. A pond like this would be outfitted with a pump and piping, which would be painted lavendar. A setup like this would more likely be found at the airport than the golf course

ok guys, I was read ing on a psychic board last night to see what people had to say there.... I dont know if i can post it here so i will paraphrase. A woman was discussing her dream. She said that she was in shallow water but with grass around her, tall grass. She said searchers were close but she couldnt call out to them because she didnt have a voice anymore (so sad). And she said "lavender" she insisted lavender was VERY important. There was also a post on AUG 18 (way before the chloroform story) where she said she couldnt move her left arm... all she wanted to do was move but she couldnt and she was so tired.

In the dream I was suddenly asleep very hard. I could not wake. As I lay there in my dream I kept trying to will myself to wake up, but could not. I then realized that I was on my right arm and thought to myself if only I could move my right arm I could wake up and get her. (caylee) So I began to try to move my left arm to get my right arm from under me but still could not do so. My whole body would not move. I could hear caylee, but could not get to her. My heart was pounding in my chest. I kept telling myself that it was urgent I get to her, I also kept seeing the color lavender scribbled on this piece of paper, knowing that it meant something.


Anyway, she was insistant on the lavender thing. A poster replied that lavender wouldnt grow well in the FL conditions right now, she said maybe lavender was the COLOR not the plant. THEN, another poster wrote to her that :

Lavendar is the color designated to identify reclaimed water piping used for irrigation. All reclaimed water piping above the ground must be painted lavendar.

While some newer subdivisions have reclaimed water distribution piping installed, you mostly see it in larger scale applications like golf courses and airports. Both of which are located fairly close to the Anthony’s home.

It’s possible that there could be a lined pond used for storing reclaimed water until it is needed. A pond like this would be outfitted with a pump and piping, which would be painted lavendar. A setup like this would more likely be found at the airport than the golf course

LOL so can I.... but I do not think that is what CC meant, there are some funny oddities with some news stations. For example, the one in question with Claycat, I can watch the advertisements but then the screen goes blank in FF when it is time for said video. What that means is there is nothing wrong with my Flash player otherwise I would not see the adds.

Problem is on their end, the news web site. However I can fire up Konqueror and view the video.

Many news web sites and others as well are mainly geared for Windows and IE and fail cross browsers.

Chemist: Chloroform In Anthony's Car 'Definitive'

Preliminary tests results revealed on Wednesday were positive for chloroform in Casey Anthony's car.

One expert chemist, who has testified in state and federal court, said the importance of this finding depends on whether the chloroform was found in smaller liquid quantities, or larger, pure quantities in the air.

"To me, the finding of chloroform is very definitive," chemist Jeff Flowers said.

Flowers is a 35-year veteran chemist who has given expert testimony in state and federal court.

If chloroform was found in liquid form in Casey Anthony's car, Flowers said it would have been in very small amounts and could have come from every day cleaning products.

Last month, Casey's father, George Anthony, said there had been an empty bottle of detergent in the back of his daughter's car.

"They could have found it in the liquid state from cleaning materials that utilize chlorine or Clorox bleach," Flowers said.

But, if chloroform was found in the air samples run on Casey's car, Flowers said a pure form of the chemical would have had to be in the car.

"It could not have come from a chemical reaction in the trunk. It's impossible. That solvent could knock out the driver of the car. It's a very dangerous thing to have that material in your car," Flowers said.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, was asked about the positive chloroform test results on Thursday.

"I don't comment on evidence I have not seen," he said.

Orange County investigators said they are waiting for more test results.

Flowers said chloroform tests are often used as evidence in court and there are dozens of labs all over Florida that perform the tests.

If chloroform was indeed in Casey Anthony's car in high concentrations, Flowers said it will be very difficult to explain how it got there.

ORLANDO -- More volunteers turned out Thursday as the search for Caylee Anthony, 3, picked up steam.

A new command post has been set up at 6317 TPC Blvd. in Orlando, where volunteers can sign up to help in the search.

Representatives from Texas EquuSearch told News 13 that by 8 a.m. Thursday, they had more than doubled the number of volunteers from previous search days.

Mandy Albritton, Texas EquuSearch's deputy directors said she wanted to thank Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary for helping get more people to help.

"He flipped the coin for us and lit a fire under this search and it's exploded the way we anticipated it would explode when we came into town. We are getting full cooperation from them, and it's a great thing. It's warming my heart," Albritton said.

EquuSearch is using four-wheelers, mounted patrol, airboats and even cadaver dogs in the search. They hope by the end of the day Thursday they will have had 500 volunteers signed up.

I never have been one to really pay attention to stuff like that. I did have an experience of my own tho with my friend who was missing. Two months after she went missing I had a dream about where she was...very detailed dream at that. It had disturbed me so much that when I woke up that morning I wrote about in an email to my friend. I still have it saved on my computer. I had the dream one month before her body was found......I felt like I had to find this place so I had my dad (just like in my dream) go walking with me. We walked the powerline because that was the only place that I could think of nearby that was simular to my dream even tho we had already searched the area. We walked it a good ways until my husband called my cell and said he was sick and needed me to come home. NeJame said it is official and he is now representing George and Cindy Anthony. Even though the grandparents are only potential witnesses in the case, he feels he needs to do damage control.

For the past two months, George and Cindy Anthony have been heard making random statements and spectacles of themselves in the media. NeJame says the grandparents realize it and are now asking for help.

"Unfortunately, they have been vilified in the press, on blogs, and people have made judgments against them," NeJame said. "One was a nurse, one was law enforcement and they don't know how to handle this."

"There is a different need for them than Casey," NeJame said.

Eyewitness News also asked NeJame if he was taking the case pro bono and he gave a vague answer.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News has learned Casey Anthony will be bonded out of jail Friday morning. Two bond agencies, Macdonald Bail Bonds out of Kissimmee and Joe Von Waldner Bail Bonds out of Orlando, are working together to post the $500,000 bond.


So are these two bondsmen able to do that then without the premium?
Are they just two small companies who can't actually come up with the full $500,000 alone so they have to partner up??

A jail spokesperson confirms that MacDonald Bail Bonds posted $250 Wednesday night for Casey's recent charges. To be released, however, she would still have to come up with 10 percent of her $500,200 bond because it was rescinded by a bounty hunter last week.

online 'live' news and LP via phone said they can't
remain annonymus.

Owing to the fact, if someone wanted to get her
out to hurt her. She's had so many death threats.

Actually, I don't think she likes being locked up in
the A's house anyway.

I don't hink she likes being at home either. Otherwise, she would not be spending 6 hours each day at Baez's office. It's her escape from the home.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez has refused to comment on the bond being posted, but his public relations firm put out a statement Thursday evening.

"The individual posting the bond prefers to remain anonymous and is doing it because of the belief that Ms. Anthony's constitutional rights have been grossly violated," the statement reads (read full statement).

The statement also slams bounty hunter Leonard Padilla, who posted the previous bail, for trying to milk media time under the pretense that he might re-post a bond.

Eyewitness News was told that Cindy Anthony, Casey's mom, didn't even know she was getting out of jail until late Thursday afternoon and that she believes Casey and Jose Baez planned the release without telling her. Casey Anthony will be on home confinement and monitoring when she is released.
