The sign is behind it. When they were reporting on Fox 35 I could see the same as we were seeing on the cam. I'm sure George doesn't want to hook the sign back up in the morning so he left it all attached so it will be ready to go.

They didn't refuse taking the tests, they just didn't want to take them by who was going to be administering them... So they finally ended up with Gelb. He is a past president of the American Polygraph Association who had conducted more than 30,000 exams, he was selected because of his expertise and national reputation for fairness.

Gelb's findings were reviewed and confirmed by Cleve Baxter, founder of the Central Intelligence Agency's polygraph unit and creator of polygraph scoring techniques considered industry standards.

John took 2 tests and Patsy took 3... they passed all of them. Still many thought they were quilty and still do think that even though they have been cleared... I think even if George and Cindy took them and passed many would still think they were involved.

Thanks Emmeblu, for your info, as you can tell I am not a facebook or myspace person, either. Honestly, I thought they were for teenagers.

I'd be so exhausted after doing everything I could think to do and begging for help everyday, that when I got home I would just collapse. I couldn't bear it and I can't imagine how difficult it must be for those with missing children to see how the Anthony's seem preoccupied with Casey and not Caylee. How heart breaking it must be for those people who would give the world to have the concern expressed for Caylee, expressed for their missing child, if but for one day.

Visiting some 'fun' place where the reported purpose of those places is to hook up with and attract people to you for 'friendship' and more, would never be on my todo list with a missing family member. But, they are not me, and understanding is impossible.

Stranger still, and more abhorrent, is the seeking of funds from the video and images and sounds of Caylee. I find it disgusting and more.

Sadly, I think that you're probably right about people not believing the Anthonys, Pauli. I just did some searching and found many comments about the Ramseys refusing to take a polygraph, but none refuting those comments.

I want Caylee found and am praying that her grandparents are not aware of what happened. I do wish that, for their sake, they would seek counsel from someone other than attorneys and PR people.

After listening to NG last nite, I don't think Casey will ever say where she put Caylee's body. But with all this forgery, etc., at least they can put her in prison for the full 50 yr sentence....but how long must she serve before parole?

As for a polygraph, the A's can have it done by someone of their choice or have someone present to be sure its done correctly. What do they have to hide? I think they are totally involved whereas they know what happened and what Casey did with the body. They are desparate now to keep Casey off Death Row. Welcome Sunny, that's what has everyone going wild. They feel she has not done a thing to help find Caylee and spends all her time with her attorney. I am a great believer in Karma and Casey's karma will catch up to her, I want it sooner rather than later and I want Caylee found. Problem is there is so many places she could have placed her. Casey's words I feel she is close, she is close to home, haunt me. I think she is right under everyone's noses and they've missed her.

I started to think WOW what is she trying to tell Us. I would not rule out the POOL theory NG kind of Po Poed it last nite when that caller called in and asked about the POOL and possibly that Casey may be under it. NG answered with the dogs would have hit n the pool. Well I have an above the ground pool like the Anthony's and it is possible they could have drained it filtering the flow of water to behind there house and puit Caylee underneath the pool after it was drained Thus Caylee saying "Caylee Is Close BY" I think LE has to go back and invstigate everything in the A"s backyard Caylee could be there.

Yes, I heard that too. Draining of that pool someone would have noticed.

I want them to look under that new concrete slab that was laid down July 4th weekend. I thought they were, but nothing ever became of it.

I also thought about the cadaver dogs hitting on something in their yard. Both CA and GA were in the car Casey drove so the decomposing scent the dogs hit on could have been due to them being in that car.

Also, when she borrowed that shovel she was only gone 45 minutes so it must be she didn't go that far.

The sheriff's office couldn't confirm a new concrete slab in the yard, but do say there may have been newly installed concrete pavers there.

"The sheriff's office knows everything that we've done in that yard over the last year. We've disclosed everything. If they had any concerns, I would think they would have followed up on it already," Cynthia said.

The Independence Day weekend came just days before the family reported the missing girl to authorities. The Anthony's neighbors wouldn't talk to Eyewitness News, but backyard work might be tough for them to watch anyway; the entire backyard is surrounded by a fence that's tall enough to make it difficult to see over for the normal passer-by.

Eyewitness News' source says special cadaver dogs would have to be brought in to sniff any concrete. Last Friday, investigators spent hours searching the same backyard.

"[If] they want to come back, we told them they could take our whole house down. They could level it. They could dig a big hole, I don't care. Caylee's not there," Cynthia said.

Eyewitness News called the Orange County Buildings Department and they said no construction permits had been issued for the Anthony's home since 2005.

The only charges she has against her are "economic reasons" (i.e. check fraud, theft of services (hot checks) etc.,) and however its worded (endangering a child). She is not charged for murder, manslaughter, etc. Her family thinks she should be free and her rights are violated, so set her free till she goes to trial on the charges. All she will do is party and disrupt other people's lives out of her neighborhood. That would at least give her neighbors some rest. JMHO

She will never ever tell what she did with Caylee. Now if people would start talking to Casey about Casey, they might get somewhere with her otherwise, unless the body is found, no one will ever know what she did to Caylee. JMHO

I am hoping the surprise visit to Baez's office yesterday by Casey's confinement manager was an attempt to find out exactly what is going on at the office.

IMO, the bond agreement doesn't allow Casey to be at Baez's office to hide out. IIRC, the visits are to discuss Casey's case ONLY.

All case managers have to do surprise checks. This is done so that if a person isn't where they say they are going to be, then they can be hauled back to jail. However, there is not proof she is not going to the attys office for what she claims as Baez will back her.

I want them to look under that new concrete slab that was laid down July 4th weekend. I thought they were, but nothing ever became of it.

I also thought about the cadaver dogs hitting on something in their yard. Both CA and GA were in the car Casey drove so the decomposing scent the dogs hit on could have been due to them being in that car.

Also, when she borrowed that shovel she was only gone 45 minutes so it must be she didn't go that far.

You could break up that 45 mins and get some ideas..figure 10 minute drive there/back which is 20 mins leaves 25 mins/dig-bury-cover...or 15 min there/back leave 30 min to do business...leaves a time trail, kinda

Tera pavers cneter load weight is 1,850 lbs. these are commercial pavers the ones they have could be from Lowe's or somewhere unless they went thru their pool store, then they are more than likely going to be commercial

and I know they checked under all of them, because they were moving them and stacking them to the side of the search areas - from the photos we saw.

However, I did notice that to the left of the front of the house - if you are facing it - there is new concrete in the sidewalk. just to the left of the driveway.

But I couldn't say how new it is, and have a hard time believing that Caylee's body would be in the front of the house.

There is NO Concrete slab in the back of their yard...LE has already stated that...Only concrete pavers....

Yes, I think those are the ones that are being released... It will be interesting to hear her voice and how she responds, versus of just reading the words

That will be interesting but if I recall correctly I was frustrated when I read it because she mostly just said alot of "Uh huh". The detective did most of the talking.

Brother may be tied to case

ORLANDO, FLA. -- The latest twist in the Casey Anthony case comes from the man who at one point gave her a “get out of jail free” card and may tie her brother, Lee Anthony, into the saga.


Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla made national headlines when he bonded Anthony out of jail, but although he’s back in California, he’s not keeping himself too far away from the case of the missing 3-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony.



Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.



“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”



Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.



“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said.



Padilla’s statements come at a time when police have filed more charges against Casey Anthony, who has already been arrested twice. Officials charged Casey Wednesday with two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petty theft and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification.

I'm wondering if it is possible that there was some type of DNA marker for a disease or disorder that would point to a certain person being the father. Not necessarily Lee. Just someone that the family knows. Also, would the testing have included those for drugs to determine if Caylee had been exposed to some type of drug in the past few months?
