I'm not sure if there was a link, but yes, some speculated about TES finding something. There's a poster going to Texas to see Tim on Monday, and he has searched with Tim in the past. He's building a file because he Atty. Kelly is blaming TES for getting the trust shut down. Its a complicated and convoluted mess dragging TES through. That atty. was recently at the Anthony's on their driveway when some sort of ruckus was going on.

ITA However, I am speaking for myself, I look at everything I find about this case, post it here, not that I 100% believe every word stated but I take into consideration that there might just be 1 simple word or phrase that could be worth something to someone. I do not leave anything unnoticed. As I am human I do tend to forget some of the facts, so it is best if I just find links for everyone, or what I stumble upon and maybe we can figure this out. All my opinion of course. This case is one of those that can make people go in circles. :francis:

I'm sure they loved her (Casey) but lets face it.. she's a mess and they knew/know it. I cannot believe.. no matter how many times I read it on here.. that Cindy and George are afraid to lose Casey.. They probably know in their heart of hearts that Casey did kill Caylee but what we're seeing from them right now.. is their playing along.. they're appearing to be supportive of Casey because they need to know what happened! Where in the hell is that child?? And *if* their lying, cheating loser of a daughter really *did* give her to a woman named Zenaida.. THEY NEED TO FIND HER! I think she knows too. Her *Caylee is alive* antics are nothing more than a diversion, IMO. The closer people get to finding a deceased Caylee, the more she throws out things to take the spotlight off finding her. She has made it clear in many of her statements to media that her main focus right now is not losing another daughter.

It is kind of ironic that, imo, Casey was telling the truth when she said (paraphrased) that her mom would never forgive her if anything happened to Caylee, and yet it looks like Cindy has forgiven her. Everything Casey has done since the 16th, imho, was to avoid facing her mom with the truth.

No, I believe Cindy thinks Caylee is dead too. In fact, I really think all three of them know Caylee is dead. They're just putting on an act to try and protect Casey.

I just saw that Geraldo video. Jesse seems like such an upstanding guy. He would have raised Caylee as his own. Casey should have considered herself lucky to have someone like Jesse.

I didn't realize Cindy was trying to say Jesse killed Caylee and placed her in the trunk.

Two things stood out from that Geraldo interview with Casey's former fiancee ~ he doesn't believe Casey would ever kill Caylee and until there is solid proof otherwise he will continue believing Caylee is alive.

So can we really blame G and C, Casey's parents, for believing the same thing?

They "could" be using the money for the search and expenses related to their interpretation of finding Caylee. But why take donations directly and allow those funds to come under suspicion? That's a distraction to finding Caylee.

I don't blame them for holding out hope. When I heard Cindy saying that she was standing by her daughter until she had to give up hope.. I understood that to an extent. I think they're in denial or see the possibility but as Cindy says, they're holding on to hope. I think I would hold on to hope too, but I know when my kids are lying and I think there'd be a point where I'd be the one pushing the hardest for answers out of them. Maybe what you said is what bothers everyone so much - they need to be Caylee's voice and right now, they're in the spotlight so much being Casey's voice that Caylee isn't getting much.

I have a hard time not feeling compassion for the Anthony's.. and then every day they're on TV making a bonehead statement or doing something that's clearly taking attention away from Caylee. I believe people want to be supportive of the Anthony's, but they make is so hard. I wonder if they feel that way about Casey... they want to love and support her, but could shake the snot out of her at the same time. JMOO.

Something else changed with Cindy before that. When they first called 911, Cindy was suspicious of Casey and her and George thought she'd done something to her. On the first jail phone call, Cindy admitted that Casey was lying to everyone and that it was her own fault she was in jail. BEFORE she visited Casey and talked to her again, C and G both started saying that Caylee had been taken by Zanny and that Casey was afraid for Caylee and her family.

Where did C & G get this info from Casey if they hadn't talked to her? Was it from Lee or Jose? Did they just decide to get behind that story and add details to it themselves? WHAT changed to make C and G totally change their mind about Casey lying, that the smell in the car was a dead body, and that they were afraid that Casey had done something to Caylee?

they went from being suspicous themselves, telling all her friends she's a liar and a sociopath to promoting her lies. I'd like to know what flipped that switch. I'd like to know what Lee said to them. I'd like to see his cell phone pings and a timeline of where he was from June 9 to July 15th. Something does not jive.

I believe she got in contact with them and may have informed her parents that Caylee was missing. Then we just learned, LP said Cindy sent Lee to look for Casey, don't know if he found her. They let it sit until they found their shed was broken into. Again it sat until they were informed of the car being towed. That is when the Anthony's were most honest, Cindy said to 911, somethings wrong, I found my daughters car today and it smells like a dead body was in that damn car. George later said, Casey would have to pay for her wrong doings, paraphrasing here on GA.
They had put 2 and 2 together at that point but totally changed their attitudes after Casey was bonded out by Padilla. From then on they have been trying to take the heat off Casey with their outlandish excuses. Cindy very early on stated she's lost a granddaughter and doesn't want to loose another child.

At first I thought that TonyL may have been involved, since she only met him in May. Lee had first stated he only heard of Zani the nanny about 30 days ago, then changed to say he knew about Zenaida for the last year and a half.

I don't think Tony L would hurt the child. But I'm sure he felt pressured when Casey started moving herself in and he probably isn't at a point in his life he wants to be saddled with a wife. Casey may have picked up on that or he may have told her he wasn't ready to settle down. Thinking Caylee was the main reason holding her back, she got rid of Caylee.....Same as Susan Smith did with her sons, Michael and David. JMHO However, Casey will never admit to the truth like Susan Smith did. JMHO

I watched the interview Geraldo's brother did with Jesse's dad a couple of weeks back. The dad said that Casey didn't get along with her mom, she immediately started talking to Jesse about moving in together and Jesse wasn't ready. Then all of a sudden she comes up pregnant and Jesse asked for a paternity test. Even last night Jesse stated that he and his family didn't know to the extent until now just how much partying around Casey was really doing. The guy is a gentleman and didn't want to be rude on anything he said about Casey. He is embarrassed and now probably in the back of his mind, questioning what did Casey really do with Casey. JMHO

I watched the interview Geraldo's brother did with Jesse's dad a couple of weeks back. The dad said that Casey didn't get along with her mom, she immediately started talking to Jesse about moving in together and Jesse wasn't ready. Then all of a sudden she comes up pregnant and Jesse asked for a paternity test. Even last night Jesse stated that he and his family didn't know to the extent until now just how much partying around Casey was really doing. The guy is a gentleman and didn't want to be rude on anything he said about Casey. He is embarrassed and now probably in the back of his mind, questioning what did Casey really do with Casey. JMHO

Maybe he has seen a bad side to Casey (like temper) with Caylee, and he doesn't want to believe its possible she could have done the worst by getting rid of her child. If he can he wants to stay as far a way from the situation as he can. I wouldn't want to be anyone that is too close to this whole family right now. JMHO

I don't think Tony L would hurt the child. But I'm sure he felt pressured when Casey started moving herself in and he probably isn't at a point in his life he wants to be saddled with a wife. Casey may have picked up on that or he may have told her he wasn't ready to settle down. Thinking Caylee was the main reason holding her back, she got rid of Caylee.....Same as Susan Smith did with her sons, Michael and David. No, I wasn't trying to suggest that Tony may have hurt Caylee, sorry for not being clearer. I thought it could have been possible (when I thought the kidnapping did happen) Tony introduced her to some people who may have been with Caylee, tieing into Lee not hearing about a Zenadia until a month ago, then changed that to 1 1/2 yrs...sorry for the confusion.

Susan Smith had a conscience, she felt her guilt and shame of what she'd done since her new boyfriend did not want an instant family. Good comparison. As TonyL said, she just shacked up with me.

I didn't even notice him looking away, and I usually look for things like that. He really struck me as being a good kid. Nothing about him sent my meter soaring.

In fact, it made me think about my own son. It's so easy for nice guys to get sucked in by psycho girls that have the potential to ruin their lives. :frown: (It hasn't happened to my son, but just thinking, no young man is immune to a crafty woman).

Also when you go into a studio and are talking to the host, the cameraman changes the direction of the camera and you are told to follow the camera when talking. The reason I know this is because I did in interview in a local station on a community matter years ago. Its kinda nerve wracking because you don't want to look like an idiot.

I believe they were advised to discontinue the vigils 2 or maybe 3 weeks ago. They are going to do what they want to do. They don't give a rat's patooty what anybody says, even the most respected and seasoned defense attorneys and PR persons.

Ya know Chambord.. my thoughts have ALWAYS been that C/G lived and breathed for that little girl. That little girl was their LIFE. And possibly what kept them together when they were having problems in their marriage (.. its a possibility) but.. I feel that they just tolerated Casey because she was little Caylee's mother. 9.12.2008: PERSONAL ISSUES...

Sparked by a Channel 9 news report In Orlando, it seems that several websites have decided to rally their readers into taking psychical action against several members of the SOS Team...by encouraging it's readers to visit Gale's and my homes to voice their cause in person. They posted our home address along with driving directions and phone numbers...since then Gale been the victim of several crimes, to include rocks being throw at her home...and my truck tire was slashed. This is where I have to draw the line...and it's not acceptable...I have a wife and three children I will protect them with my life. Gale's filed a police report and they are investigating...I have other ways in dealing with issues like this.

I'm sorry to say that I'm closing the public case as of today...I have opened a section for people concerned about the current search and it's located here. Wyatt's team is having a big search tomorrow, and if anyone wishes to precipitate in the search, please content Wyatt asap. They are going to continue to search for Caylee until she is brought home...regardless of what other search parties are doing. We are aware of risks involved with searching, and we think that locals know this area and conditions better than anyone else. If you do not think you're physically up to the search, please let Wyatt know, as I'm sure he could still use your help.

All work up until today will remain public, and so will the audio recordings and map...everything from this point on, will be private, unless it involves an active search.

I admit to having doubted Jesse at first, especially when he resigned from LE so close to Caylee's disappearance. I might add, his dad didn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy either when he started posted on blogs. I must say though. after watching his interview on Geraldo last night. I am begiining to lean towards him telling the truth. I must say, this is in spite of what I've read elsewhere that he is hiding something.

Casey Anthony Fears For Her Safety

ORLANDO (CBS4) ― The family of a missing Orlando girl has been forced to cancel a prayer vigil over safety concerns.

Twenty two year old Casey Anthony's 3-year old daughter Caylee was reported missing in July, about a month after the girl was last seen. Since then the national spotlight on the case has intensified and police have said the girl's mother was their only "person of interest" in the case. Their suspicion was increased after lab tests showed that a body had been decomposing in Anthony's car.

Anthony has repeatedly said she doesn't know what happened to her daughter. In recent weeks, Anthony has been arrested three times for grand theft, check cashing fraud and fraudulent use of personal identification. She's also been charged with child neglect and filing false information with law enforcement.

Protesters camping out in the Anthony's neighborhood believe the woman killed her daughter and that her parents, Cindy and George Anthony, are covering up for her. In the last week, there have been several angry confrontations between the Anthonys and the demonstrators.

A spokesman for the family said they've been forced to cancel their Sunday night vigil for Caylee to ensure their own safety.

Two things stood out from that Geraldo interview with Casey's former fiancee ~ he doesn't believe Casey would ever kill Caylee and until there is solid proof otherwise he will continue believing Caylee is alive.

Here are a few interesting comments from Mr. Kelly from Bichler & Kelley, P.A. The comments were made in the email he sent in response to one from ___ Melton, aka "monoxide." The date on the email was Sept. 18:

My firm handles worker's compensation and
personal injury clients, which includes the administration of their
trust accounts in some cases. We primarily cater to law enforcement
officers, fire fighters and other first responders. However, this is
the first time we have set up a trust fund of this nature, but were glad
to be of help. We contacted the professionals at SunTrust who were
gracious enough to walk us through setting up this account. As you can
discern, we are not accustomed to being surrounded by this kind of
controversy. As a consequence, we simply decided that it was not in the
firm's best interest to continue to assist in this manner. More
specifically, as I stated before, we primarily represent law enforcement
and first responders, and have great respect for that community.
However, with the current controversy surrounding Casey and her return
home, it concerned us that this could appear to some to be a conflict of
interest. In addition, this firm was handling the administration of

....My understand is that the account was closed due to fraud. If
this is true then it is quiet a shame. If this is not true then why would
SunTrust label it as so? I feel obligated to follow through with my
research until the very end no matter what the outcome. If there is in
fact shady business going on behind the scenes then the public should be
aware if there is not then the public should be aware.

Being informed will allow the public to make a well educated decision when
it comes to donating to the Anthony family trust fund. Just like you, I am
working blind. What I have learned so far tells me something very wrong is
going on. Lee Anthony is accepting fund through a PayPal account that is
not being accredited for by the trust fund administer. They recently added
the sale of shirts and wristbands to the helpfindcaylee.com website. If I
remember correctly this was added after the trust fund was closed. Items
went up for sell on EBay with the permission of Lee Anthony after the
trust fund was closed. Obviously, if you were in my shoes you would see
this as a little odd?

It seems a little strange that administers of the trust fund have failed
to acknowledge my request for trust fund activity. It would see that if
nothing wrong was going on this wouldn't be a problem. Every time I try to
acquire these documents I am shooed away. No matter how much or how little
someone donates they are entitled to this information. Even someone who is
considering donating should be provided this information upon request.

The closing of the trust fund has nothing to do with me. I really wish Mr
Kelly would quit blaming everyone else for this. Had he provided the
requested documents then none of this would have ever happened. I have
only contacted SunTrust bank one time and this was done after the trust
fund had already been closed so I am not the one to blame here.

While we might not see eye to eye we should both be looking for the truth
whatever that truth may be. I am glad that you have decided to continue
contact with me and I thank you for that. I am not doing this to try and
destroy the reputation for the Anthony family, Bilcher & Kelley P.A., or
you. I am doing this to make sure that donations are put to good use
instead of luxuries. Some people are unfortunately unable to donate a
significant amount of money but every little bit helps and every little be
should be accounted for. Nobody should be allowed to profit off of a
missing/decease child or the hell that everyone involved is going through.

I enlarged the image and it looks like the pink item the JJ found is thinner fabric, maybe cotton. It looks like a pillowcase or shirt - I think I can see stitching, and there appears to be a little bit of light blue in one area.

The colors sure are close, unusual in pinks because there are so many shades.

He's building a file because he Atty. Kelly is blaming TES for getting the trust shut down. Its a complicated and convoluted mess dragging TES through. That atty. was recently at the Anthony's on their driveway when some sort of ruckus was going on.

There is so much crazy stuff going on with this case. I tend to keep reverting back to the case being simple. Casey killed her daughter, she's lying about everything else and she will not tell where she put the body.

C, G & L know that Caylee is dead but are either all 3 in denial or protecting Casey and or themselves. Even if Caylee is found, the A's will come up with some wild story on how someone else did it. JMO What a mess!

I just burst out laughing.... Do you realize that we could come up with as much as Casey about a hang nail on one of casey's lovers and speculate if it was THERE on THAT day..Then one of us could ACTUALLY find a PIC of that guy and of THAT hand on a different day which had a hang nail that looked the SAME! So, was the pic taken on same day OR a different day? LOL stuff like that.. We DO have some wild imaginations BUT fun and very educational as well..
