It is horrific!! The decomp fluids, positional info and hair lead me to think that Caylee was not in a bag as Lenny has suggested. I believe she was buried in the back yard and remained there for days. When she was in the second stage of decom is when she was moved to the trunk to be placed somewhere else, thus the transfer of fluids and easy loss of hair.

I think it would depend on how the DA would want to proceed. They would be two different charges...so I would assume that they would prosecute as two different charges. Also I would think that the child neglect would kind of be instrumental in any charges relating to Caylee's death. IMO...:shrug1:

I think they would keep them pending, until after the trial.

If she isn't convicted of a murder charge, I think they would then move on to the child neglect charge.

Hi Audie :0012: I don't think they have confirmed it yet. I believe that is why the "triple checking" of the evidence...in order to be conclusive in the results. At least this is my understanding. :shrug1:

Now I don`t know if law enforcement has looked at that angle or not, but I`m telling you, because of the clothes that she had that the mom washed right away, that is probably a good, good alternative to big bin which might have been difficult for her to put the stuff in.

When that garbage bag that had the body in broke, that`s what got stuff all over her clothes.

Another thing that you brought up last night, she -- you know there`s always some truths in what Casey says. When she said that Universal gave her the cell phone, the cell phone was given, but not by Universal. It was given to her by Richard Grund.

11:15 a.m.: The documents released this morning show authorities unsuccesfully searched Anthony computers – both Casey Anthony's and her mother, Cindy's – for evidence of contact with a woman Casey Anthony said took her daughter in June.

Detectives have said they do not believe Anthony's story that she left her daughter with a woman by the name of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, a person Anthony said was a nanny

No photographs, video, email, instant message chat or any other type of communication with a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez was discovered on either computer," the computer forensics reads.

However, in a sexually suggestive instant-message chat May 3 between Casey Anthony a person identified as "nyitaliano3,'' Anthony mentions a person she calls "Zani."

"i'm playing phone tag with both Zani & my mom," Anthony wrote.

The documents released today also include a computer conversation with drug references between Anythony and two other people.

When someone wrote that "I can hit up my friend annie for some xanax,'' Anthony replied: "we'd be a good time"

Anthony Rusciano is the man she was having the affair with. He was the sheriff's deputy later fired for lying about the affair. Casey often talked about the sex.

"Sex is good with us, really good. And I know it's not the only reason you want to see me," she told Rusciano during the online exchange in early May.

"Good, I hope so, but Jesus, three-week droughts blow, so, again, bring your little fine ass over here," he wrote back.

It seems like Casey's daughter Caylee was the problem in the relationship.

"Ha, want me to bring the little snot head?" Casey asked Rusciano. "Didn't think so," she told him.

During the conversation, Casey often refereed to Caylee as "passed out." But what does passed out really mean? Eyewitness News has reported that chloroform was found in the trunk of Casey's car. Casey makes it clear her own daughter tires her out.

"Seriously, spending the day with Caylee is 10 times more exhausting than working a 12-hour event," she said.


Casey referred to Cayee as being passed out...I'll bet she'd been using chloroform to put her to sleep, gave her too much one time, horrible just horrible. Caylee was in the way of her love life. Cindy probably stopped watching Caylee by this time.

I want to know the dates in which Casey was researching chloroform. That would probably tie into her and Caylee's death...

Clueless is an understatement, Isabella. These people never questioned anything Casey did, nothing before her pregnancy or after. How does she let Casey leave her home with Caylee not knowing where they are?

I was a parent twice already by the time I was 22. My mother knew so much about my life, she helped me put my first apartment together, painted, laid tiles, things of that nature. My mother would have never let me leave for a month w/o having a phone number of the home where I'd be, the address to where I'd be staying. I just don't get this.

Knowing how Casey lies, Cindy knows this and had no problem telling her friends this, not knowing a truthful sentence comes out of Casey's mouth, how does she allow her to leave saying she'll be job hunting while the nanny has the baby. She's never spoken with this nanny, has no phone number for her, nothing....something is totally off with this scenario.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Is there a Puerto Rico connection to Caylee Anthony's disappearance or is it just another lie from Casey? Sources who knew the family intimately during the past few months told Eyewitness News that Casey convinced her mother that Caylee was sold to someone in Puerto Rico.

You can find mention of the Puerto Rico connection buried in the documents investigators just released. On July 22, after Caylee was reported missing, Casey's former best friend, Amy Huizenga, got a text message in the middle of the night from an unidentified person about a trip she and two of Casey's friends took to Puerto Rico.

"Won't take a genius or the Feds to start talking to you guys about the trip, because you three left at different times to [go] out of the country while Caylee was unaccounted for. Know what I mean?" Huizenga's friend wrote.

The friend then asked: "You guys keep your ticket stubs?" and "Just out of curiosity why did you, Troy and Ricardo go to Puerto Rico separately?"

Wednesday, sources who spent a lot of time with the family in recent weeks, told Eyewitness News that when Casey got out of jail the first time, she convinced her mother that she sold her daughter to someone in Puerto Rico. The only interview Cindy's done since then is with Univision, where she talked about a tip that Caylee was in Puerto Rico.

I'm speechless. :thud2: I want to share an experience that, to a certain degree, defined me as a mother. The day my daughter was born, the heart-broken father of a 2-yr.-old boy had the respirator that was keeping his little boy alive disconnected - the man was, understandably, distraught beyond words. The little boy had been at a birthday party and had gotten ahold of a balloon and somehow inhaled all or part of it. Because his breathing was cut off for as long as it was, his vital signs were minimal and there was no brain activity. A few days later - on the day of my daughter's birth - the respirator was disconnected.

To this day, I tie any plastic I throw away in knots - I can't tell you how many times I thought of that little boy when my daughter was little.

ITA...Makes me so angry at one point Cindy says about Caylee being gone and she wanted her to sleep on her own bed, well the day of the 16th George says Casey said she would be working late and prob wouldn't see him till the next day, we know Cindy NEVER went to Zannys (where she thought Caylee was) to pick that child up so she would be home in her own bed when Casey was sopposedly 'working late', heck she didn't even know where Z lived or her phone number.

Omgosh! This poor Birch guy. He wakes up and sees G/C on the news talking about Caylee and runs to the dumpster and get in it with his pj's on looking for the garbage bag. Cindy gives so much information yet she doesn't know half the men friends of her daughter or any of her friends. She has never seen the nanny. What kind of people are the A's?????? What if there had been a true emerg with Caylee and there had really been a nanny? Doesn't know her name, phone number, where she lives, what she looks like!

The investigator is telling Cindy what they have verified, thus far none of its true. Cindy is trying to make excuses for her. Its unbelievable. This is her granddaughter that's missing and is most likely dead. She made statements on tv about things and lies that she (Cindy) never said them. She thinks Jesse knows where Caylee's at. Cindy is getting pushed in a corner and is trying to lie her way out just like her daughter. Only when she can't lie her way out of her statements to the media, then she goes in to her GD is missing and is under stress.

Cindy is just as big of a liar as Casey! JMHO

Cindy thinks someone should be calling them or coming by everyday to give her status.

Clueless is an understatement, Isabella. These people never questioned anything Casey did, nothing before her pregnancy or after. How does she let Casey leave her home with Caylee not knowing where they are?

I was a parent twice already by the time I was 22. My mother knew so much about my life, she helped me put my first apartment together, painted, laid tiles, things of that nature. My mother would have never let me leave for a month w/o having a phone number of the home where I'd be, the address to where I'd be staying. I just don't get this.

Knowing how Casey lies, Cindy knows this and had no problem telling her friends this, not knowing a truthful sentence comes out of Casey's mouth, how does she allow her to leave saying she'll be job hunting while the nanny has the baby. She's never spoken with this nanny, has no phone number for her, nothing....something is totally off with this scenario.

My mother was my primary back-up contact for my daughter at daycare, school, or anywhere she was. She also met up with the kids and daycare provider at least once when they took a little field trip.

I have a hard time believing Cindy knew about a babysitter/nanny - she's too controlling. JMO

FOS is so right! But I can't say for sure George wasn't in that car because I think George and possibly Cindy cleaned that car and do we know George's involement, I think the 24th missing gas cans called in is an important date. And Cindy is calm on the 2nd interview UNTIL LE confronts her on HER lies as opposed to Jesse's (according to Cindy)
