4-year-old reported missing found safe in Plano

A 4-year-old boy reported missing in an Amber Alert late Tuesday was found safe in Plano on Wednesday afternoon, authorities said.
The boy's mother, Tosha Shontal Hatcher, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after she was seen spotted about 1:20 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 2900 block of Spring Creek Parkway, said Plano police spokesman Officer Andrae Smith, a department spokesman said.
Ms. Hatcher apparently has limited visitation rights and took Landon Blake Hatcher from his grandmother's home some time Tuesday, said Van Zandt County Sheriff R.P. “Pat” Burnett said. He said Landon was en route back to East Texas on Wednesday afternoon.
Ms. Hatcher, 26, was arrested on an unrelated warrant from Wills Point accusing her of possession of drug paraphernalia.
