The 3rd part of the most recent episode is supposed to air Sunday, January 6.
This is per our local ABC station last night. I thought it might already be posted, but it wasn't.
After that, unless the Writer's strike is resolved, it will be back to reruns.
I found a link that says the same thing:

Marc Cherry the writer/producer of DH is on the bargaining commitee for the strikers. He said that many people will be waiting a long time to see a new show.

Darn. I'm anxious to see what the secret is that Dana Delaney is keeping.
I guess we all expected it, though.

I'm anxious too, what do you think the secret is?

I didn't see her during previous seasons. However, when her daughter picked the torn papers out of the fireplace, she was shocked at what she saw. Could it be the daughter's real dad is mom's ex-husband and not the current husband? Or the ex caught Dana Delaney cheating on him?

I can't imagine. I'm thinking there was some kind of abuse of the daughter.
Who knows? They've surprised me before on this one.

I think the daughter's real dad is the ex. I'm wondering if the ex is dead and the Mom killed him. Just an idea.

Well, the husband who moved out Sunday night, after reading the note her aunt had left on her deathbed, said something like "All this time you've been blaming it on your ex, and you're the one who did it."

mmm, you are right, well there goes my theory. I hate the suspense, hope we don't have to wait too long.

I hate the suspense too...I'll have to watch all the re-runs to remember what was happening by the time the writers strike ends

And didn't she let that woman die instead of getting her help?

Yes, she did. Closed the door and left, smiling.

Be sure you check your listings. The networks are re-running episodes of shows on different nights and not just the regular night the show would normally be on. They are trying to fill in slots.
