I can't find anything on fox 31 about this, Roenick. I checked last night before I turned in for night and again this morning. Did you ever hear anything?

A 2001 article about the charge against him being dismissed. Now that he has confessed it would seem they would bring the charge back up wouldn't it?

A motion was filed today by the Denver District Attorney's Office requesting that charges in a case against Marvin Gray (DOB: 8-7-54) be dismissed without prejudice. The case (00F04176) involved the 1992 murder of Joseph Soliz and the attempted murder of Barbara Bobian.

I sure hope they pursue this case more and do take him to trial for this murder regardless of his being in prison for life - the survivor needs that closure and so do family members. Joe Soliz deserves justice, too.

Thanks PIJody for the link.

I hope this more recent confession isn't Gray wanting to have yet another 15 minutes of fame and blowing smoke in a previous fog riddled investigation.
