86 and still driving. I hope he didn't have an accident, and that they're retracing his route carefully.

I stumbled upon this site because I googled Mr. Kraemer. He had been coming to the cleaners I work in since the 60's. I've been there for 5 years and this was the first time that I can remember that he's gone this long without coming in. He wasn't in last week or this week and my co-worker and I were very worried. He drives himself up there twice every week, and doesn't park very so he has a nice little walk on the way in. He is a very nice man, very considerate and I'm glad to know that he's ok.

Welcome, Nico --- always good to have new posters.

I'm glad to hear Mr. Kraemer is OK too.... but the news is pretty skimpy. Was his car recovered too? Where had he been? How was he identified?

My 81 YO father-in-law still drives too and it scares me to death. I KNOW how bad his vision is, but no body is brave enough to try to take his keys away from him. He lives with my youngest BIL and I just have to trust his judgment... after all, he knows my FIL and his abilities best of all.
