Children are physically appearing much more mature these days and thinking they are too. What they don't realize is they aren't mature enough to live on their own, in fact they are emotionally still children.

I pray Carolina is safe and found soon.

Seeing all these runaways makes me wonder if junior and high school classes shouldn't run documented films showing how hard it is to survive on the streets, and what they have to do to support themselves.

What a great idea! Of course though, the teens, they "know" it all! But if it got thru to even one who thought of leaving and stopped them...

It is hard to believe this child is twelve. I know she must be, but she sure looks older. Which is not good probably. Roamer's idea is a good one, and I wish we could find info on these kids other than just a poster.

She was found before this thread here was started. This thread was started Dec 1 , 2008.

She was recovered Nov. 18, 2008

Sarah's post number 2 in this thread reflects this with verification from the NVFC.
