How terribly sad.

I would think that the assisted living facility may have some questions to answer?

I agree too. Our care center has ankle bracelets for our residents and believe me they are always going off because they want to leave.

How sad. Packy I think the ankle bracelets is a good idea. Many elderly people with alzheimers or dementia do tend to walk away from where they are and tend to get lost easily. Something needs to be done to protect our elderly citizens.
