Police search for missing girl

The Shreveport Police need the public's help in finding an 11-year-old runaway.

On Wednesday Char'Myria Cain, Black Female DOB 4-11-1997 was visiting her mother who lives on 73rd Street in Shreveport with her Cousin and legal Guardian Robinnette Francis.

Around 8:00 PM that night Char'Myria Cain decided to leave the house and has not been in contact with her family.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 11 year old Char'Myria Cain is asked to contact Detectives Giles in Missing Persons at 673-6955 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.

A Shreveport girl who has run away once before is missing and police are asking for the public's help finding her.

Char'Myria Cain last was seen about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday while visiting her mother on 73rd Street in Shreveport.

Cain's cousin Robinnette Francis was with her at the residence but told authorities she has no idea why the 11-year-old might have run away.

As of Friday evening, Cain had not contacted her family. Call Shreveport police at (318) 673-6955 or Shreveport-Caddo Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373 with any information.
