Birmingham - The Birmingham Police Department would like your help in locating 4 year old Olivia Gabrielle Glenn, and 31 month old Kyler Matthew Immanuel Glenn, both of 909 19th Court NW. Olivia and Kyler are brother and sister.
Both Olivia and Kyler were last seen on Tuesday, December 2, 2008, at approximately 7:30 a.m., at 2321 Carson Road (Walking on Water Christian Church Day Care). The children’s mother came to the Day Care, picked the children up and left with them.
There is a Protection Order against the mother prohibiting her from having any contact with the children and/or the father of the children. The father has legal custody of the children.
If there is anyone who has information pertaining to the whereabouts of Olivia Gabrielle Glenn, Kyler Matthew Immanuel Glenn and/or Cynthia Glenn, they are encouraged to contact the B.P.D. @ 254-1764 or Crime Stoppers @ 254-7777.

This one worries me. If there's a protection order against the mother, IMO, these beautiful children may be in danger.

I agree, there must be a good reason that the protection order is in place, it also covers the father, this is very worrying.
Those children are gorgeous.
I pray she returns them unharmed ASAP.

Two beautiful children. It says the protection order covers the father yet he is the legal guardian. I pray these children are safe and Mom does the right thing and returns them and I worry also for their safety with this woman. I just hope she took them because she missed them and NOT because she wants to get back at the father. I hate it when parents use their children like that!
Does anyone else think that this is the mom's page?

Looks like it to me, Emyo.

I noticed that the dad is absent in all the photos. Great photos. Hope this mom comes to her senses. These custody things have to go through the courts. Looking at the photos made me feel better about the the well-being of the children. But still.....you never know.

I agree that it looks like her.
My only concern is how she was able to get the kids from daycare? Most daycare facilities will not release children to anyone who is not on a pick up list.
Beautiful children. Hope they are safe and that the mother will not harm them.

One of the video comments says it's Kyler and Olivia playing piano.
I'm with you emmeblu. Why would these children be allowed to go with their mom from the daycare. Someone should be losing their job over this one. The children are just beautiful and I pray for their safe return.
We are in contact with the police department.
Will let you know when I found out something more!!
They might have a idea where they are!!!!

You're right, PEAS. I can't find a link anywhere. Maybe there will be one soon, then I can move the thread to located.
It's not that we can't believe a family member, but we need a link to show where we got the information.

I was wondering that also. I know the one I worked at was adamant about who was allowed to pick up a child. My grandchildren's mother is NOT allowed to come near the babies without supervision. I can't imagine leaving them with anyone that I didn't give a copy of the court order to so that she couldn't just go pick them up from somewhere. I'm wondering if the daycare was aware of the protection order. I would think that the dad probably let them know???? JMO
They are beautiful children. I hope they are safe and am praying they are found and returned home to their dad soon. JMO

They switched me to four different people before I got to the right one at the BPD, and he was in Homicide. My heart dropped when he said that, but turned out the news was good.
