Forest City, N.C. (WATE) -- Investigators say a credit card belonging to a missing Forest City, North Carolina woman was used in Kodak, Tennessee early Tuesday morning.

Nancy Robbins is 77. She's described as 5'4" and 150 pounds with gray hair and green eyes.

Robbins lives alone and suffers from mild dementia or Alzheimer's, but her daughter says she doesn't take medication for it.

The Rutherford County, North Carolina Sheriff's Department issued a Silver Alert (similar to an Amber Alert) for Robbins on Tuesday.

Investigators say Robbins may be driving a 1998 white Ford Crown Victoria with NC plates YRJ-9503.

They found credit card activity on a card in Robbins' name at 5:17 a.m. Tuesday at a Fast Stop gas station in the Kodak area of Sevier County.

Robbins' daughter tells WLOS her mother was home when she called Monday afternoon saying she and her husband and children were coming to spend the night.

But when they arrived, Robbins wasn't home and she never returned. Also, her purse was missing.

Anyone with information about Robbins should call the Rutherford County Sheriff's Department at 1-828-286-2911.

Authorities searching for a missing North Carolina woman believed her credit card was used at a Sevier County gas station this morning, according to the Rutherford County, N.C., Sheriff’s Department.

Nancy Moore Robbins, 77, of Forest City, N.C., is classified as an endangered missing person.

Her daughter recently went by her home and found that “she was gone and has not returned or called,” a missing person bulletin from North Carolina said.

“She takes several meds during the day and sometimes gets confused when she is driving but has been able to make it back home,” the bulletin said.

A credit card belonging to her was used at a gas station at Exit 407 off Interstate 40 about 5:30 a.m., the bulletin said.

She is believed to be in a white 1998 Ford Victoria with a North Carolina tag of YRJ9503, the bulletin said.
