Portland police seek missing Vancouver man

Arthur Westerlund Has life-threatening medical condition
Police in Portland are searching for a missing Vancouver man who was last known to be in the vicinity of Portland International Raceway.
Arthur Westerlund, 55, suffers from a medical condition that, if not treated, could be life-threatening, according to a bulletin from the Portland Police Bureau. He hasn’t contacted family members since Monday evening.
Tuesday afternoon, police checked local hospitals and had volunteer K-9 teams with North Oregon Regional Search & Rescue look in areas where the missing man had been.
Westerlund is white, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 190 pounds. He’s balding and has blue eyes, a mustache and a beard.
Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach him, but to call 911.
Those with information are asked to call Detective Mike Weinstein at the missing persons unit, 503-823-0446.
