Iberia 14-year-old missing; authorities release photo

Iberia Parish authorities are asking the public to help find a 14-year-old boy missing since Friday.

The boy, Shaquille Delahoussaye, was last seen about 10:30 p.m. Friday at the Burger King at Lewis Street and Parkview Drive in New Iberia.

The boy is black, is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. He has short, dirty-blond hair. He was wearing blue jeans and an Iberia Middle School sweatshirt.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office at (337) 369-3711.

I sure hope they find this child and soon! At first I thought he'd been missing since May but I see the date is listed as day/month/year.

OOPS, my mistake. In the UK we always put day,month, year, I normally remember but slipped up. I'll get it changed.
