What is happening to our teens to make them runaway? Is it a factor of the times that we force them to be more responsible and alert? Are we in fact leading them to believe they can care for themself, alone, without parental supervision?

I pray Jessica returns home soon and is safe.

I am wondering if it's similar to the one colleges have to warn students of dangers on campus. They send out mass emails and txt messages to their students -

The One Call System sure does sound like a great system.
