Henrico Police Seek Missing Woman
UPDATED: JAN. 15, 10:50 P.M. - Henrico Police are searching for a 53-year-old woman with dementia who was reported missing from her eastern Henrico home at 5:50 p.m. Thursday.
Debra Perrault, a black female who is 5 foot 2 and weighs 160 pounds, was last seen wearing silver glasses, a light blue coat and a gray stocking hat. Her husband reported that she had been missing since 2 p.m. Thursday from their home in the 1400 block of Almond Tree Drive. Police and fire officials conducted an extensive search with volunteers, canine units and aircraft with infrared sensors but made no progress in the search.
Anyone with information about Perrault's whereabouts should call Henrico Police at 501-5000.

Woman with dementia missing in Henrico

Henrico police are looking tonight for a 53-year-old woman with dementia who was reported missing from her eastern Henrico County home this afternoon.
The husband of Debra Perrault notified police about 5:50 p.m. that his wife had been missing from her home in the 1400 block of Almond Tree Drive since 2 p.m., Henrico police spokesman Lt. Doug Perry said.
Perrault is described as African-American, 5-feet, 2-inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. When last seen, she was wearing silver-rimmed glasses, a light blue coat and a gray stocking hat.
"After an extensive search utilizing the Henrico police and fire departments, we have activated the state search and rescue volunteers with their dogs," Perry said tonight. "We have also used aircraft-mounted FLIR (forward looking infrared) with no success."
Anyone who has any information about the missing woman's whereabouts should contact Henrico police at (804) 501-5000, Perry said.

Police across the Richmond area are continuing their search this morning for a missing 53-year-old Henrico County woman with dementia.
Debra Perrault was reported missing from her eastern Henrico County home early last night.
Perrault's husband notified police about 5:50 p.m. that his wife had been missing from her home in the 1400 block of Almond Tree Drive since 2 p.m., Henrico police Lt. Doug Perry said.
Perrault is described as black, 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing 160 pounds. When last seen, she was wearing silver-rimmed glasses, a light blue coat and a gray stocking hat.
Authorities were searching for Perrault with aircraft, dogs and officers on foot.

Henrico Woman Missing, Endangered

A woman Henrico Police said was missing and endangered has been located safe.
Henrico Police had previously asked for the public's assistance finding 53-year-old Debra Perrault.
53-year-old Debra Perrault was last seen around 2 p.m. in the 1400 block of Almond Tree Court in Henrico's East End. Perrault suffers from dementia. Extremely low temperatures also added to the danger.
Early Friday morning, Perrault was found safe at a friend's house in Richmond.
Thursday night, Henrico emergency crews launched an extensive search of the area, using search and rescue dogs as well as aircraft.
