Police searching for mother and child

The Tallahassee Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating 16 year old Carol Cox. Cox was last seen on December 31, 2008 near Ridge Road. Cox is accompanied by her 1 month old daughter, Ka-mai. Investigators do not believe foul play is involved, but due to Cox's age they are concerned for her ability to care for herself and Ka-mai.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Carol Cox is asked to contact the Tallahassee Police Department at (850) 891-4200.

Update: Tallahassee Police Department has confirmed the missing mother and child have been located.

16-year-old Carol Cox was reported missing along with her 1-month-old daughter.
