On January 14, 2009, at about 1300 hours, Irma Rivera walked away from Heritage House, an inpatient care residential facility located in the City of Camarillo. Facility staff or her family has not seen Rivera since yesterday afternoon.

Camarillo police are looking for a 53-year-old woman who walked away from an inpatient care facility Wednesday afternoon.

Irma Rivera is on various medications and is considered an “at risk” person, police said.

River is 5-feet 1-inch tall, weighs 180 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark blue or black hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants and was carrying a large shiny black leather purse.

Police find missing Camarillo woman

A Camarillo woman missing since Wednesday was found shortly before noon today at a Simi Valley motel.

Police said Irma Rivera, 53, appeared to be OK when she was found about 11:40 a.m. at a Motel 6.

Rivera is on various medications and was considered an "at risk" person, police said. The woman walked away from an inpatient care facility in Camarillo on Wednesday afternoon.

Details on how she was found were not available. Ventura County sheriff's officials said she was in the care of family members this afternoon.
