Jessica was reported missing on Monday. The next day her family received a call from a person calling himself "Angel". "Angel" told the family that Jessica was with a pedophile and that she had possibly been abused. "Angel" also told them that the pedophile had left Jessica in the Stockton area.

Missing Girl, 12, Found in Manteca
Written by Jason Kobely, Internet News Producer

A 12-year-old San Joaquin County girl missing for three days and feared being held by a pedophile was found Friday in Manteca, San Joaquin County Sheriff's authorities said.

The girl was found Friday afternoon in Manteca and taken to the hospital for evaluation, a Sheriff's spokesman confirmed. Authorities offered no further immediate information about the circumstances that led to the girl's discovery or the extent of her injuries, if any.

The girl's family believed she may have willingly left home Tuesday morning to meet someone, but was then held against her will by that suspect.

Sheriff's officials said the family received a telephone call from an unknown person Wednesday, warning them that the girl was being held and sexually assaulted by a pedophile, then released in the Stockton area.
